  • Bisu in total control the whole way through. His apm had to have been through the roof there. What a game.

  • Jaedong Bisu Stork/Flash - 3v3 - ??? ??? ??? :)

    Zerg - Protoss - Humans

    Unbeatable :p

  • @R4Akai maybe with a 12-15 min no rush arrangement otherwise it would come mostly to micro

  • @chiruzbg u think those 3-4 pro gamer need 12-15minutes to get startet`? Oo um.

cant believe that .... they know how to make they starts ....

  • @R4Akai , i just mean that they need tear 2-3 tech or a bigger army, or atleast a mixture of units to show their true strenght. They all have great micro , but i think on a macro level its much more obvious.

2v2 and 3v3 are relatively short games and seldom end with higher tech.

  • casters... muted

  • fuck moletrap

  • Bosuit pwns jewish nubs

  • what's with asian and not showing face? they all look the same...

  • bisu all the way!!

  • Youtube you are Necro-posting hard right now. But in this case... I'll allow it.

  • I'm a P player but damn jaedong has his heart in the game...

  • I watched Sc1 commentaries all the time ages ago and then i started watching sc2 and now watching this game I have no idea what's going on LOL.

  • NOOOOOOOO jaedong lost!!! D:

  • huge jaedong fail this game

  • 22:51 & 23:15 :D

  • 點解唔用神族?

  • @neywainn 哩勒工蝦?

  • Game starts at 2:00

  • the camera takes away korean girl's virginity.

  • Best commentary ever! I never get tired of watching this.

  • Jaedong lost his hydra army because he was micro'ing his mutas to take out HTs. The commentators can say he was "sloppy" but honestly, who can have perfect muta-micro on 1/3 health mutas and still get HTs while also storm-dodging? A computer could... but no contemporary human, imo.

  • i have assian hair :O

    XD

  • ohhhhhh so slick biso at 5:58

  • why do the kids hide their faces

  • @LayhoooRS2 I heard that it's because they probably skipped school to go wach the game and they don't wanna get caught. LOL , gotta do watcha gotta do :).

  • "unconclusive"? lol

  • 6:08 That ridiculous ring of huuuuuuh...death! LOL!!!!

  • Starts at 1:52

  • Great commentary guys.

  • to them...it's not just a game...great game, was rooting for jaedong lol

  • he wasn't crying ffs. that's flash's style.

  • **Spoiler**

    Bisu!!!!!!!!!!! \o/

Men, I hope Bisu gets back in shape. He's been slopy lately, too bad, I really like him. These days Jadeong can singlehandedly destroy him u_u

  • he got beat so bad he cried. its just a game lol

  • Lol Jaedong cried

  • Rise and Moletrap. Bisu and Jaedong! i think i'll watch this again

  • wow. fucking amazing.

  • Bisu is sound yummy.

  • Not only would they beta test it, they have been actively involved in pre-beta balance testing. For instance, they've got JulyZerg advising them on the balance of mutalisks. The Korean pro scene is intimately involved in the development of SC2. I would assume Blizzard will not rest until they've made a game the aforementioned pro scene finds acceptable since Korea's such a huge market.

  • @ameryllw It's not surprising at all that they got July for that particular job. Where did you read this, though?

  • Man, where did I see that...

I thought I saw it in some Blizzcon coverage, but I could easily be confused. Most of my SC news comes from the commentators, and given the tendency of some of them to make stuff up, I'd put this one in the "Unconfirmed bucket" unless you can make Google turn up more than I was able to when attempting to find a better source for this.

  • Would the South Korea's StarCraft Professional Competition Circuit BETA TEST the NEW StarCraft 2!?

Would they ACCEPT or REJECT the NEW StarCraft 2!? I'm just curious!! >=)

  • depends

  • well ofc the parents watch the starcraft matches on Tv in Korea you have many channels that shows many different leagues like MSL & OSL ..... in korea gaming is 1 of the country sports so ofc you can watch starcraft on the Tv in korea ......

  • What exactly is so lol about that?!

  • lol jaedong cried

  • uh...spoiler alert?

    Thanks buddy...

  • lol, the students hide their faces from their parents in the matches? does that mean the parents watch the starcraft matches on tv?

  • @shankster909

nah there just jizzing in their pants from the prospect of seeing jaedong vs bisu.

  • @shankster909 everyone watches starcraft matches on tv in korea

  • @shankster909 everyone watches starcraft in korea. I MEAN IT

  • @shankster909

Teacher: "Michael, was that you on TV, aren't you supposed to be sick"

  • @shankster909 i guess they wanna see if their kids are skipping school. lol

  • Guys the mistake that jaedong made was a freak accident. He accidentally cancelled his spire so his scourge timing got messed up, hence the 4 dead overlords. It's really hard to notice in the video...

  • time?

  • i think some of them are skipping school

  • hahaha ya it make sence

  • No big misstakes? he lost 4 overlords early game. If the commentaries had focused on the game they'd have noticed. It's a shame, cause I usualy love listening to these 2 guys.

  • Stfu with the match up and map talk. :( Comment on the acctual game!

  • they dont know anything about the game

  • shut the fuck up.

  • vietboy blows bois

  • nom nom nom nom! That Defiler was damn hungry!

  • wow epic !

  • Comment removed

  • jesus, bisu is so good when he is at the peak of his game

  • Jaedong is the best :P

  • Who is the best terran right now? is it still flash or who?

  • Atm it's a bit hard to say. Flash is still up there. Fantasy is still doing well, and so on. I'd still say Flash overall, but I'm a noob and I like him. I'm sure other players will have a much more informed opinion than mine.

  • Well your right Flash is considered the best terran atm and the only thing holding fantasy back is his tvz im told.

  • Statistically, Flash is better than Fantasy, but to be honest his games are boring as fuck compared to Fantasy's.

  • Yeah Flash's strength isn't so much his creativity but his sheer machine-like macro and solid play. He can be creative at times, but not like fantasy. However, I think Flash is better than Fantasy because overall he's a much more solid gamer. Again, I'm no pro gamer myself, but even watching his games on violetak and diggity and moletrap and all that, Flash has time and again demonstrated his solidity.

  • toss is unstoppable

  • Why does Bisu appear red to Jaedong? XD

  • shift-tabbing changes colors so that you're teal, allies are yellow, and enemies are red

much easier to see who's on your side and who isn't

  • These matches would be live on television all over their country, imagine being on nfl and they centered on your face, im sure you might hide your face or get nervous

  • Whats the point of hiding when theyve already got you for like 2 seconds? People at NFL games LOVE to get on camera, they shove each other around to try to get INTO the shot, not OUT of it!

This is the most tech savvy country on earth, all these kids are probably all over youtube vlogging etc.. and they are afraid of 5 seconds on camera in a starcraft game?

  • South Korea is the most tech savvy country on Earth what?

  • Pretty much, yes.

  • Comment removed

  • Most of those kids skipped school or lied to their parents about where they are going when they go to a match so they try to hide their faces however ineffective it is.

  • what is sawwy?? is it a slang?

  • I dont know why the author removed your comment...

Anyway, in reply... It almost seems like its the cool thing to do now. Like the camera isnt good enough to see their faces. Its turned into a fad.

  • lol dude! the person who writes the comment IS the author!!. he removed his own comment.

  • i wonder why they're looking so pissed off at the beginning...

"i dont want to play my state wants it.."

  • Does anyone know where I can find the replay for this? :3

  • They dont release the replays.

  • D=

    Whyyy?

  • i found the the difference of cheer volume for Bisu and Jaedong amusing >.> Looks like Bisu is loved so much more :O

  • In my opinion Bisu is the best player there is, Protoss all the way!

  • Fantastic game. Bisu is such an awesome player to watch.

  • and about that cancelled spire ruining the game for jaedong.. i think it was intentional, coz biu scouted the 3-hatch muta, so he cancelled spire and replaced it with hatch, as seen in his natural,, so i should say stop making excuses

  • stfu

  • best players are not merely judged by being the winningest, i know 3 people who wins alot of games and can be considered best in their respective races:

    zerg Overmind Jaedong,

    Mech-Mac Specialist Flash and

    protoss commander bisu

among these three, its arguable who is the best

  • anyone have any idea of what specs you will need to run starcraft 2?

  • There is no "best" starcraft player. Will never ever be one.

The best starcraft player would technically be the best at ALL 3 RACES!!! That would be the best starcraft player. We only see the best players from their respective races. No one is going to be the best of all the races together.

  • ur reasoning is falwed, u would not have to be the best at all races to be the best:

if u play 1 race and win the most big titles, have the best win % and can beat other top players more than they beat u, it is undoubtable that u are better than everyone else.

  • your spelling is flawed.

  • thats ok, when i make arguments i dont worry about how pretty they look.

  • You're probably thinking along the lines of the ULTIMATE SC player which would be someone who's perfect at mindgames, builds, all races, micro, macro etc. but the BEST SC player is by definition the guy that is the most skilled SC player at the time being, not the best starcraft player possible..

  • @AguntJ Wouldn't the ultimate SC player be like...god? lol

  • Jaedong tearing up on Heartbreak Ridge.

    GG

  • is there a european or american pro well not like korean style of course but high level gamers that compete in tournaments?

  • Yep there are many high level foreign (non korean) players. Some of them are ret, idra (he's in korea), mondragon, nony, etc.

  • I havent played in ages so i can only come up with Elky and Testy and Blackman. (yes, i've been out of it THAT long).

  • Damit I love watching the micro'ing screens instead of the observer screens

  • i personally like bisu, just cuz hes protoss... a few storms really made a huge difference O.o

  • bisu is sexy good

  • I love how Bisu tries that cute scouting harass shit and jaedong just has none of it he some how makes the drones attack while they mine

  • lol GG!!!!

"Perhaps you would like to express your feelings rise in something other than shouts..." "WOOOOOOOOO!"

  • intoximacated got butt hurt cause he was stupid and read comments before watching the video

  • Protoss one bisu

    Zerg one jaedong

    Terran one flash

  • ...flash isnt even top ten power ranked, fantasy has taken his spot for the time being...

  • yeah flash is a noob, thats why he won the gom classics ..... watch more sc games pls before talking

  • power ranking only covers one week, meaning flash is in a slump, apparently you dont know what "time being" means...go learn how to read english before you start talking plox

  • @AlwaysExam n1 terran Slayers_Boxer period

  • @AlwaysExam Stork is the number one protoss not Bisu

  • @ChineseSCFan wrong ... but nice try

  • Bruce Lee scores:)

  • Yeah, awesome game, with the two of my favorite players. Sad to see one of them lose though :P

    Good commentary as well.

  • For christ sake, don't spoil the match in the comments, guys.

  • there's a lightbulb feature in case you don't want yourselves soiled

  • Comment removed

  • Bisu is the fucking man.

  • he had a bad streak at the end of last season but he was averaging like 100% wins before that

  • awesome match

    impeccable play from bisu

jaedong got off on slightly wrong foot and could never quite recover

    gg

  • why are the korean so afraid of the camera!!! north americans LOVE the camera lmao, different cultures i guess.

  • Because most of the viewers are students and they are suppose to be either studying or be in class. Thus if their parents, friends, or co workers see them in the show, they're in trouble.

  • Don't be stupid.

People in Korea are very very shy, like, they don't kiss in public and stuff like that, so they don't like to be on camera either.

  • what were they micromanaging in the beginning of the game? Their APM must've been like 500 in when they were just mining! What were they clicking on and why?

  • Well at the very very start they split the probes/drones so they all go off to seperate patches early. But beyond that it's really just part of their warming up. Also, If they make a habit of clicking around when it doesn't really matter then they're a lot less likely to slack off when it does.

  • Many of them are supposed to be in school at the time.

  • i think its" how many ppl" instead of "how much"

  • Thank you I think you are right :D. lol

  • Great game, I still think JD > Bisu :) but they're both pretty incredible.

  • Man i want to hear what is going on in jeadong's head as he is playing this match

  • probably in his head is a little heads-up display of Kerrigan and her twitching blades

  • Great spot ijuka. That Spire being canceled accidentally really killed off the game for him. If he hadn't loss those Overlords because of that rare mistake he would've easily overran Bisu's base with Mutas.

No wonder why he was so pissed off. That mistake shouldn't be made by gamers, let alone professionals. But I guess it goes to show everyone is human and people do make mistakes, even those who are regarded as the best. Good game though, tough luck for JD I guess.

  • yay, two of my favorite players play against each other in a long game! wohoo!! It's like santa claus and the easter bunny want to give you a present which is better than the other's, and they're fighting above it in an epic match.

    pure awesomeness.

  • Love SC, love Bisu, love Rise, love Moletrap! Great game, great commentary, good times!

  • great commentary.

  • Protoss seem so overpowered in mid to late game it always seems like unless the zerg player can cripple them early on it's always a win for the protoss.

  • yea

  • But once the zerg gets any defilers out at all, the protoss really needs to work to protect expansions. but i agree, in mid game with storm and mass goons, zerg cant do much to stop it.

  • both Protoss and Terran need to make better use of their individual units inorder to really win.

so what I'm trying to say is that Zergs need to find some ways to be creative, such as those few that use burrow to scout the entire map, inorder to really out perform both Terrans and Protosses. the difference becomes a lot clearer now at A+-S class games, when both players are pretty equal. most of the times the Protoss/Terran will beat the Zerg unless they make a cruicial mistake themselves.

  • with Zergs it's always the same. 2 hatch muta, 3 hatch muta, 5 hatch hydra, etc the build itself doesnt matter much, well unless you're Jaedong playing vs a non A class player, than Mutas alone will win the match. all these builds eventually lead to a macro fest that requires the Zerg to just overrun the enemy's army without too much unit micro, besides maybe a zergling surround or a storm dodge here and there.

  • that was funny. thx for laff

  • this game only shows 1 thing. Zergs in general, even the best of them, aka Jaedong, are just too damn predictable. it's always about how many units I can macro up to overrun the enemy's army.

both Protoss and Terran have a few different strategies available to them, even while in macro or micro modes,

  • PWN!!!

  • Excellent game.

  • Jaedong vs bisu games = lots of views.

  • Actually sorry, it happens in the video around 7:31. You can't see the spire actually being canceled, but the spire is selected and becomes a drone in the bottom screen, when it's about halfway done. This mistake solely cost JD the game.

  • no i think ijuka is right, because if you compare the building's icon intensity (red/orange-ness) at 7:30 and then at 8:10, you can see that the spire at 8:10 is still being built, but from the intensity at 7:30 it should have been finished already. 40 seconds is a long time, too long, especially if it was already half finished.
