I got a housing loan from Ahli bank, 2 years ago, but unfortunatly the bank will not allow me to pay off the loan and sell the house for 7 years. I find it very strange, usually you should be able to pay off your mortgage early by paying a penalty fee. This is a huge draw back to the housing loans at AHLI bank
