I tried to enter my partners body the other night and it didn't work so well, seemed to disturb him. I would say no to the muscle growth but yes to healing energy. For muscle growth it would be far easier to take some L-glutamine and some Creatine Monohydrate, much quicker and more effective, along with working out of course. But visualization can be powerful and effective at keeping you sticking to your work out routine. Yes, you can enter other peoples dreams no problem.

@msquestionmark Absolutely real, I have these about once or twice a week. It is the coolest, you meet with dead people and you can fly around. Teach other people to fly as well as some of them don't seem to know they can. The best way to have one is drink a lot of water before going to bed. When you wake up because you have to go, then stay up for a half hour or so, then go back to bed. Take two Valerian root and a Melatonin and a tiny amount of Yohimbe root and you will have one.
