  • @7veryveryvery Thank you for your translation, tnk u so much! yes, she's definetely one of the best!

  • I can't believe people are still talking about Mao. It has been almost two years since the Olympic, you know? Is Ogsana Baiul still being talked in the town?

  • @ZarathuPower .. Oh SHUT UP!! Why are you saying that? You're commenting this video since his pubblication, I'm assuming that you're just fomenting the conversation >_<

People should live their own life instead of thinking about others life.

  • Mao tries to perform in all sorts of classical music.

Mao does in great music in which anyone has never done.

She expresses abstract beauty by marvelous ability of ballet.

Besides, she never forget trying difficult thing like triple Axel.

What she aims at is, art, a lady's art.

  • Mao's routine needs to be changed. The music is terrible, and she moves around the rink like a robot with arms bouncing up and down. She's dressed like a cheap whore in Las Vegas or Tokyo. And plus, she will fall flat on her face during triple axel jump. ROFL!

  • @llIWhrqkfl I don't know why ppl hate the music so much. It is up to the skaters to skate with the music. Michelle Kwan was going to skate to this music but couldn't because of her injury and she had to withdraw from the competition. The music is really great. Imagine some other skaters skating on this music. like Yuna kim.,. Yuna would be great with just ANY music. ppl can't blame a textbook because they don't study well.

  • This no talented Jap girl didn't even deserve to win silver medal. We all know jap money has been always involved in ISU.

  • I can't believe this is still much talk in the town. Mao's second phase of fame seems to be coming from her crying at the olympic.

  • Those who BASH Mao and enjoyed doing so, I have some news for you. Your stupidity shows through you. You are an ignorant and a childish prick whose imprudence makes you look like you enjoyed bullying people in real life other than just posting arrogant comments against Mao Asada. STOP bashing Mao and stop posting your dirty lies about her skating. She's a superb athlete so you have NOTHING on her. And stop being an arrogant loser as you are proving to be.

  • @sb100100

mao asada with drew from grand prix final canada afther her mother fell ill and the died. her mother had been ill for a long time.

we can only hope that mao is able to battle through this, just as she has overcome other challenges during her carreer.

but the reality is that this is much different than anything else she has ever been confronted with. mao is the most beloved athlete!!

    真央ちゃん、いつも前向きに努力して頑張ってる姿に、勇気を貰います。真央ちゃん、ありがとう。

    応援してます。

  • @sb100100 I have never once heard her complard about anything, rules, judes, scores, other skaters... mao is great skater.

    真央ちゃん、応援してます。

  • @ab100100

③mao:yes,I'm happy that I was able to land two triple axels, but I'm disappointed with myself because of my other mistakes.

I:the four years leading up to the olympics must have been, at time,a difficult path for you.

mao:I'm absolutely no satisfied with my performance. the one and only thing I credit myself is for having landed two triple axels . thank you.

she doesn'tanswer some of questions(what went through her mind,so on) her stoicism amazing.真央ちゃん、頑張って!

  • People are sick! These people give their best for themslves.their parents, coaches and specially for their country and all these commentors have to do is talk about the so very famous yuna-asada rivalry!

    Shes cryin!G Give her peace!

I am a huge asada fan but when yuna does good i appreciate it and i admit in olympics.yuna was much better! People plz chill and if u cant keep ur mouth shut do not watch videos which properly states Mao Asada!

  • English translation pleeeeaasse....?

  • Asada Mao is crying at the realization that she could no longer make any excuses losing to Yuna. Mao has all the luxury to be competitive, whereas Yuna grew and become a champion with no help from the Korean government. It's hard to reach to the top for both Yuna and Mao, but when you take a deeper look at the support they have been getting, you would be amazed sheer will of Yuna. Mao simply lost because she didn't have that will power.

  • ah... i feel her...... Although I don't speak a word in Japanese, I can almost hear her from her crying... Uou were great Asada! You are great!

  • @TheLiveForeverOasis that is true. But the real haters are Australians who post filthy videos of Mao Asada. I see more Mao Asada haters as Australians, and less of them who 'hate' Mao are Koreans. Now, as for the Japanese who 'hate' Yu Na Kim, it is not entirely true. There are Japanese fans who love Yu Na Kim.

  • There is the reason why Mao was emotional. Her loss to Yu Na Kim was overwhelming her and the stress of competing. Mao was just upset that she didn't perform well. There is nothing wrong with her response to the loss. But when Michelle Kwan literally bawling her heart out, I felt quite differently to that type of behavior. Mao Asada handled her emotion appropriately.

  • She is the first and only woman skater who landed 3A at the Olympics.

I think it's much more valuable than any medals. Mao! Proud of yourself!

  • You're all ignorant fucks. They worked really hard to get into the positions they're in and you all should respect that.

  • Maoooo i love youuu TT^TT

MA: I'm absolutely not satisfied with my performance. Tthe one and only thing I credit myself is for having landed two triple axels. Thank you.

I have never once heard her complain about anything,eg.judges, scores, other skaters, etc

only negative comment ever heard her is about her own performance.

eye were filled with tears naturally.

    次の日のインタビューで、銀メダルをとれて凄く嬉しいです。と言ってました。皆さんに、感謝してるとも言ってました。

  • calm down people--it is not nice to scorn a looser.

  • 4年間を4分で表現するって、儚いんですよ。だから泣いちゃう。

    真央ちゃん、全日本で優勝してね!!いつも応援してるからね。怪我しないでね。

  • @lilymaoas I don't think you understand the reason that she cried. You see, Mao does individual sports like Federa in tennis, but unlike Federa, Mao has been backed by the entire nation; she was hailed as a national hero and she symbolized Japan making to solid area of women's figure skating that had been dominated by the western world. Japan wanted so bad to join that; Arakawa won a gold prior for Japan, but she was not a real candidate; she won it at the fault of others. (cont)

  • She had been carrying so much weight on her shoulder; she enjoyed all the publicity, and at the time when she need to deliver gold to meet the expectation of the people, she had to meet the reality. She could not let the people down prior. In other word, she could not control the publicity instead rode along with them being pompous and to some extent arrogant at times overly confident. That way, her crying is not so simple as Federa shedding some tears.

  • @ZarathuPower I don't understand why so much pressure has been put on Mao Asada. It's not as if a Japanese woman has never stood on the Olympic or Worlds podium before. And it's so hard to get there, they should be proud of her silver medal finish. So many countries would love to see one of their own do this.

If I worked for years and fell short of the gold, I would shed some tears too. Then I would smile and hold up my silver proudly and expect everyone to understand.

  • @nightswimmer99 I think there are little more story to that. Mao was going strong in the jun'ior competitions in her career, even stronger than Yuna. Mao performed well, and Japanese people were excited to have found a new talents unlike Arakawa who had not received much attention. It's a long love affair of Japanese people watching the young star growing and the prospect of her getting a gold was growing like a snowball effect. The snow ball was getting larger and larger despite (cont)

  • @ZarathuPower some signs of breakings were showing. Mao did not cry at the World Championship that she lost to Yuna; she would have felt real disappointment in the competition that was so important, but she suppressed her feelings and let her emotion out of control in the olympic instead. The outpouring maybe the results of her long suppresion of her emotion that she felt leading up to the olympic. I bet her crying made many Japanese realize the sobering reality.

  • @TheDaya93 Es la mejor...que la ISU se vaya a la mierda...

  • Poor girl :-(

  • wow... leave her alone..

asking her how she feels.. isn't it obvious?

  • Could someone, please, translate what she's saying?

  • @VicGon07 Q: How was that 4 minutes (FS)? Mao: It was long. Q: Long...? Mao started crying, after that she said she has done whatever she could do. She wasn't happy with her performance but she was glad that she did 2 triple axles in FS.

    Hope that would help :)

  • @zubo854 So do you.

  • pooooor why they did that???!!!! bastards! Somebody should had take her from then and give her a hug!!!!

  • i love her

  • english translation?

  • Poor child

  • I understand her tears. she is a good skater. but, Another skater did well too much.

  • I understand her tears. but a skater did well too much.

  • i think that MIRAI NAGASU SHOULD'VE GOTTEN A MEDAL!

  • @wontonboi64 yeah but some of her jumps werent as clean and her transition movements werent as strong as the ones who medalled .... plus the short program score was a part of it too! :) and her difficulty wasnt as high as the others

  • Oh, Mao. Your tears are mine.

  • They should decline interviews right after performances because it's such an emotional time for all performers...I know the media is doing this only for ratings which is really cruel.

  • god its heartbreaking to watch

  • MAO〜♪

    LOVE LOVE LOVE♪

    大好きだよ〜 ずっと応援してます!

  • @sorinajima She is crying because she is being emotional for god's sake.

  • @evas0214 I hope that she have found peace with her silver.

  • it is no use crying over split milk, strike harder!

    Mao!

  • @allenglandlawns I agree with you. The pressure undoubtedly affects their performance as well. Yuna kim crossed herself in prayer just before her performance. kim yuna suffered a very hard fall during practice on the very same day as the competition.

  • Will Asada Mao ever come to regain her status as top figure skater?

  • This funny japanese girls behaves like a 7 year-old spoiled brat.

  • what r they saying?

  • Feel bad about saying this but... She got OWNED

  • Congratulations, Mao, for winning the 7th place in the World's Championship.

  • @braveheart20121 You're evil....Just kidding :-)

  • @braveheart20121 Asada mao did her best but she failed to do some part. Thats why she is crying because she was disappointed in her self. Still comparing expressions and all the performance, I think Kimyuna is still the best skater in the world

  • @braveheart20121

    Typical two-faced japanese.lol
