@rayquaza27797 Actually, it's only equal 6th with Jolt, Aero, and Mewtwo - beaten by all Deoxys bar DEF, Ninjask and Electrode.

Also, I'm not all that confident in Chris' speed given his Brave nature, hence why despite the base stats being 90/130 for ATK/SPD, his actual stats are 181/192.

Garchomp is usually mediocre-fast, but apparently my Lvl82 one in Platinum only has 208 :/
