  • wonderful

  • You and Last Suspect are champ style. That looks like so much fun.

  • This is my favorite series yet. "Cadillac, baby!" I was busting up by that point.

I'm very impressed with all the technical skills used here. I would like to see anyone who says these are staged stunts go up there and try this hike (more like a climb.) Working with your son and dog, especially on the descent from the summit must take an immense amount of confidence, which only comes from experience.

  • @epicblade529 noodles come in the cup. you just add hot water, and they cook in the cup.

  • what a great video. allie the mountain dog seems very well trained, but i couldnt help but laugh when she started sliding down the glacier. looks like a great trip, and i have an idea of where this is, but dont worry, i would never give away the secrets. another great video, and thanks again nutn.

  • I love the haters speech at the beginning, hahaha, it's so true!

  • gay and fake!!

hahaha!! just kidding! Loved the video and have my own adventure planned.

I want to tramp 2000 km from Berlin to Aberdeen and visit friends that are studying there. Then we want to explore the Scotish Highlands!! I Can't wait :D

    Keep the good stuff coming!

  • The harder it is the greater the payoff. You mean you get more if you wark harder? What a concept!

  • lol last suspects face at 14:15

anyways great videos nutn love your stuff

  • @oshilzl LMAO! He looks like he just woke up from a nap! -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy hey i was wondering if you can do a review on the coldsteel steel tiger srry to bother but i am just in love with this knife and i hope if you might like it

  • b e a youteefullll

  • Excellent!

  • Thanks Nutn! Great Videos...keep up the great work. Where is this trail? always looking for good dog friendly trails.

  • What an awesome dog!!!

  • Hey Nutn and Veri. Great video series. I hesitated for a long time because of the length of all the episodes. I'm so glad I took the plunge. You already had me feeling like I need to take the camping plunge and this just added to it. I've probably watched the whole series 3 times and now my son is watching with me as well. Looking forward to our adventures. Keep up the good work.

  • @NeverQuitEver Thank you so much for watching, and we're glad you took the plunge too! =) -- Veri

  • I rele dont get y ppl hate on u. U serm like a great guy and ur giving us ur system and what has worked for u. So screw all the haters go get a job and move out of mwommys house

  • "Dudes I got douched!" That part was hilarious...looks like a blast.

  • that would be one hell of a crazy carpet slope :D

  • Another excellent video. I too appreciate the effort you put into your videos! Screw the naysayers and keep up the good work!!

  • I hate u!! Well in the good way. U r a lucky person i wish my parents would have the time

  • Thanks for the great video. Love to see the mountains. We don't have any were I live.

  • Great series dude... 2nd time watching it.

Any plans for some hiking adventures for 2011?

I know I am planning on heading out and doing some of my own this year.

  • I laughed pretty hard at the Montana slay ride comment......I watched the whole series and loved it nutn.

  • hey veri how does the spot signal come in i ont know if i should purchase it

  • Awesome series! I enjoyed watching them while it's raining cats and dogs here where I live.

Thank you for all your hard work.

  • about the glacial lake im pretty sure it gets its emerald blue color from the sediments in the glacier itself as for the video wow great id love to do that i just live in flat farmland haha

  • whooooooo Lp 12:24

  • @wfwlf Its not Reynolds Mountain.. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy yhea its a hater..., an stupid one -_-

  • @nutnfancy You know? You're right. My bad. I don't guess you'd care to disclose the location?

  • @wfwlf *crickets*

  • @wfwlf Just get a life men! And stop being angry against everybody who is happy damned...

  • Ehhhhhh...

  • Love it keep the Nutnfancy adventures coming. I learn something new in each video.

  • @DivinityBleu Her harness can function as a handle, but it would be like toting a 50 pound briefcase.

    Thats a good question.

  • I think those flags are Tibetan prayer flags, if they have something printed or written on them (or they had, the print often fades due to the weather). they're often hung into windy places. It's believed they carry out good wishes for all sentient beings, so they might be free from suffering.

  • Great video as usual, I go scrambling in Snowdonia. Crib Gock is a ridge not unlike some of the ground you covered, very exposed but much lower. Still scary while your up there.

I'm amazed at how much film you shoot on the hike.

  • HEY MAN!!! WHATS WRONG WITH SURFING PORN!!!!!

  • I'm curious which trail you took...Alpine Loop or from the A Fork Trailhead?

  • Is this Canada? I'd really like to know where this was filmed nutn but I cant find it written anywhere. Great vid!

  • @blazefighter95 Utah

  • @blazefighter95 Mount Timpanogos. Shhhh

  • Hey Nutn, I just did this hike last week! It gets pretty cold once you hit saddleback, huh? Let's go shootin!

  • love the Jemimah Johnson reference!

"rocky mountains are the marrow of the world..."

  • Hey Nutnfancy, me and my father are getting into backpacking and have bought our first backpacking tent from REI. (REI Half Dome 2.) As we know northwest is bear country, what gun, preferably a pistol, would you suggest as a defensive weapon in case a situation would appear where you might encounter yourself with a grizzly bear? (I know a gun = the last resort, after trying bear awareness tactics, but what weapon would you suggest if he still attacks? (I know this is unlikely but better safe...)

  • @BayHike It depends on where you live, but 90 percent of the time, i would say glock 20, 10mm surpasses 357 in power and the pistols are super light, and 15 rounds.

  • Thanks for the video!

  • you can always eat the dog, if your stuck up on that cliff due to a snow storm

  • I have a black lab as well and have found blindfolding him really calms him down on the rope. As you say "just a data point". Long live TNP!

  • AAAAaa! Good Times! I cought myself laughing at Alley and Nutn on there way down the glacier slide! Awesome Stuff Nutn and Suspect!

  • nutn, im 21 years old and never been much of an outdoorsman, but you guys really make it look fun. also the fact that your son is clearly twice as tough as ive ever been even at my best makes me feel like ive got some catching up to do :)

  • I'm sure that comment had nothing to do with humans2targets the 300lb land whale living in his parents basement dreaming about raping women a 1/4th his weight.

  • i know that lake ;)

  • Atleast it's not a half hour if goats.

  • hey Nutn, when are you going to do the AT?

  • "and some died"?

As a soldier you should know better. We help, dont glow like stars when others hurts.

We go 100% or stay home.

  • you need a camera that attaches to your head or something, lol

  • Don't worry about those dbag losers Nutn just keep winning at life, thanks for what you do. I live in the upper midwest and enjoy watching a fellow outdoors man and achiever enjoying a different part of this country and your gear reviews have given me a lot of great info.

  • you guys, and dogness allie are awesome!!! GREAT VIDEO documentary of this trip...just by watching it early this morning, I'm goin to head out to Yosemite and do a short hike to Sentinel Dome. God Bless.

  • Love the out door vids. Especially since I live in a concrete jungle.

  • I really enjoy taking the trip with Allie and crew in these nature vids. How many times do you get this though while out on the trail - "I never expected to run into you out here Mark Cuban!"

  • f the haters....those haters are probably the majority of the ones that watch your vids.... lets face it you dominate this you tube gear thing for a reason...you do good work.....

  • Nutn, I think I've watched these vids (WTAIT1,2,3) like a dozen times... never gets old! I've followed TNP since '08 and this is such an awesome location. I found it on google earth and I'm so gonna do it one of these days. I live in NC... when are you going to do some more appalachian adventures? Meet me out here anytime bro!

  • rei quarter dome tent $270

    vet bill for Allie $300

sledding down a glacier at 11,000feet with your son,

    priceless.

  • yay for prayer flags

  • Go Dogness! She could out-hike me!!!

  • Awesome vid! Thank you! :)

  • Ow, and when do we get the Allie-cam?

  • Do you carry an aditional emergency shelter for allie?

  • I enjoy your vids. Your hiking experience and conditioning is far beyond mine. Keep up the great vids. Thank you for allowing us to see the beauty.

  • looks like you guys had a blast. nice video.

  • beautiful, reminds me of hiking in the mountains of afghanistan with the AK and a thermos of tea hahah

  • at 26:00 That's true fun. As you said, this is something LastSuspect will never forget! -Nax

  • 26:33 that's what your wife said. :D

  • nutnfancy, gawd i love ur vids. I wished u invested in a 1080 cam though. Wide screen HD would have me crack cream in my pants...LOL!

  • Best production ever! Thumbs up!

  • Mt Timpanogos sure does have an awesome view from the summit!

  • you either want poles or crampons or both up there

  • Hey Nutnfancy just thought i could give you a tip, you might wanna invest some money in a good action camera witch can be fasten on a helmet, baseball-cap or the strap of your backpack for when your doing theses kinds of videos, it makes action-filming ha whole lot easier and it can be used as a hand-held for when you wanna talk to the camera as well, I'm using a pretty cheap one to tape motorcycle driving and paint-balling with good result.

  • lol "Montana sleigh ride"

  • Damn! Most suspenseful nutnfancy video yet!

  • hey theres nothing wrong with a twinkie every now and then

  • Dude i respect you and i really dig your reviews...

but something is on my mind...

its not that i don't enjoy watching you hiking those sick slopes...

but maybe your kid would enjoy having a father thats not always pointing the camera in his face you know really having memories of his father without the dumb ass with the camera label...

please correct me if im wrong.

  • NUtn when you tactiballs drop

  • Nutn you should get one of those GoPro cameras the motovloggers use. Mount on your hat or something so you can go hands free.

  • I don't think they wake up in the morning with the intention of destroying him, it isn't a massive conspiracy...and he has a whole myriad of people that don't like him. He needs to get used to it. I think it was a bit of a misrepresentation on his part to say that all the people that hate him are basement dwelling neckbeards, just because somebody doesn't like you, it doesn't make them a loser, it's an opinion. Flamesuit on.

  • I have a harness for my Rhodesian Ridgeback too. And I can tie him on my back or my front. Kinda heavy, but it works.

  • Great vid. Nutnfancy with your son, would like to join you anytime!!

  • Not too sure but those flags look like prayer flags. Used in the Himalayas at camps on routes and summits to bless the surrounding area, and safe passage.

  • Good vid

  • Awesome vid nutnfancy, looks like you guys had a great time!! Thanks for sharing your epic adventures!!!

  • "let me go get that booty"

    I like booty.

  • Man that's beautiful country

  • Don't dwell so much on the haters, just do what you do. But dude! Twinkies are delicious.

  • i am a loser and i dont hate on you! i am going to college with multiple learning disabilities! who does that!

  • 24:30 is the best!

  • how do they build those huts in the summit?

  • That is dangerous. i want yrs of exp before i do that.

  • humans have treked higher than this mountain. back in bce they had no trekking poles or boots!

  • Hey, i live like that ,and i am trying to better myself. I dont hate on you. The guys who like you probley live like a vagrants!

  • heh...your annotation saying you had cell phone reception up there reminded me of those horrible "Can you hear me now?" Verizon commercials.

Awesome video as always! Please keep them coming!

  • looks like a 90 degree angle straight down it would scare the shit out of me

  • dude great hike man i was getting the stomach willies watching it lol

  • thanks for another great trip and series of videos,.. i love it and its truly inspiring. keep it up!!

  • I have to say, the places you go with your son truly have inspired me. Not many kids...men for that matter...would even think of doing that, let alone with a mile on their face. It's good to see that he's made of good "stuff"!

I really like the view of the really large lake from the summit. Really scenic and beautiful views. Thank you for sharing it with us!

  • Cadillac Baby!!!

  • Stop feeding the hyenas you keep given them something to gnaw on when you talk about them they will leave once they see there not getting to you

  • how old is last suspect

  • no oxygen up there nutn haha

  • The reason you have those loser haters attacking you is because you are a seudo celebrity now and they have an aveneue to try to get your attention. It's all about trying to leach some of your popularity by goading you into saying something back to them.

  • what are these hate videos Nutn's talkin about. Who could hate him?

  • What sunglasses are those? Any sunglasses reviews?

  • Thank you so much for sharing your adventure. I watched all three and enjoyed them very much. I like how you incorpotate your opinion on the gear you use. I must have missed it but did you mention the camera used in this adventure? Keep up the good work. Peace, JT in Texas.

  • Look out Dad, Suspect is leaving you in the dust! You’re right, soon he’ll be leading and you two will be switching packs! Went on a day hike this weekend with my dad and my 4 month old Lab, Moose that I’ve mentioned. Moose is a trail leader. He would hit the trail, then give me the “come on dad!” look over his shoulder. Hope he’s half the dog Allie is some day! It would seem your gift is dog training, you’ve got to do a simple sit down vid with how you trained Allie! Keep it up, yo yo Suspect!

  • What an wsoome hike! Great vid.

Stay prepared, and to heck with the haters.

  • LOL you tell em nutn LOL. Dogness looked like she was just lovin it up there. Great stuff , thanks nutn and suspect. AWSOME!!!

  • Allie is my hero :-)

  • I'd give that girl my trek... ah forget it you know where i was trying to go with that :P

  • Love the prayer flags at the summit. So beautiful.

  • Dudde your dog had more fun and adventure than some fat sloths & haters I' ve seen on the net bitching about you. You're right you shouldn't give a sweat for those retards and keep on having fun.

  • those are some epic nature scenes

  • Great hike. reminds me of adventures when I was younger. I am sure there will be many more adventures for you and your son to enjoy in the future as well. Wish I could get out there again, but those days are past.

  • no way, i would hike up that mountain, though exiting to watch. great vid.

  • That was one nice adventure. You have an incredible kid there. LastSuspect did great and he seemed like he enjoyed every minute of it. It's amazing how the negative people out there can even think of saying anything after seeing videos like this. You prove what you say works.

Sorry to hear Allie got hurt. She did great too considering her paw.

Thank you for sharing your adventure.

  • and i just figured out where that area is i thought those peaks looked familiar but im pretty sure nutn doesnt want anyone to reveal where its located

  • looks like a blast nutn and you were flat out bookin it down the glacier

  • Great video and awesome end to this series! I can't wait for your next adventure. I still have another month to go until it cools down enough here in southern California for my desert adventures to begin.

  • wow..I didn't know that Nebraska was so mountainous. :-)

  • Awesome vid Nutn'! Come do some Appalachia and record it for us :)

  • Brings back memories. My brother and I were up in Alaskan mountains climbing glacial mountains with nothing but a rifle, a variety of knives, a lighter or two, and our snowboards. Best weeks of my life!

  • Can't believe someone climbed up there, only to drink Natural Light beer, and hang them up...hahahah

  • unfold the tarp and pack some snow on it, then fold it back up and sit on it. The snow inside is great cushioning and protection!

  • Good and ever "Gooder" times ha

  • u guys are mountain goats...geez that trail was scary looking!!! beautiful scenery!!!!

  • Allie the mountain dog....

Always on point and keeps coming back to check on dad...lol

12:15 - Tibetan Prayer Flags. A prayer flag is a colorful panel or rectangular cloth often found strung along mountain ridges and peaks high in the Himalayas to bless the surrounding countryside. They are traditionally woodblock-printed with prayers in texts and images.

    23:06 ...belly slide...Thats sooo funny....LOL

Excellent series of videos. I look forward to the next adventure.

    Rob (Brisbane, Aust)

  • Absolutely spectacular !!

  • Dude, I glissaded down Mt. Shasta a month ago from 13,500'. What a gas eh? Wish I knew what trail that was. I think my kid would enjoy that too. He's about the same age. Enjoyed the vid!

  • The flags in question are Tibetan Prayer Flags, picked a couple myself a while back from some monks that visited the school.

  • max respect nutin epspeshuly yor son rock on

  • I think you got it right Sir! If you do allow negative comments get to you, it is a way to have the haters building on pride because you gave them a reason of living! You are proving them that they mean something and in the contrary, the TNP haters probably whistle like kettles when they go to a sauna because the village is their total family. I don't mean to be rude but Sir! Carry on Sir! Forget about these idiots that evidently have nothing better to do. Your detractors drive tractors

  • Just thought you should know that this old man who used to do a lot of hiking in the past throughly enjoys your pack packing videos. You are giving me the inspiration to organize a hike with some other old timers. Thanks again....

  • Ally Rocks!

  • product placement. 9:45 Haha jk nutn you are awesome

  • Nuttn! Nice work there, you inspire and yes so difficult to film while hiking. So beautiful there. Go Pro HD! I bought it to see if it made filming while hiking easer! Keep you posted.

Take Care Thanks for the great video!

  • maby u mention it in the vid but how high was that on top of the mountain?

  • Today in Florida the temp is 91 and the humidity is 88%. Your vid is a breath of fresh air for me in many ways. Keep up the great work and stay healthy.

  • Kills me to see a sweet vid by you overlayed by a barak obama ad. Talk about spoiling an awesome view. Your so evil your dog's black. ;-) Beautiful views, God is good isn't he.

  • it's amazing how u can fit a whole day's adventure into such a short amount of time,i am very grateful for all this effort u put into all of ur vids nutn,i just hope that while i'm serving i will still have time 2 watch ur vids, keep it rockin nutnfancy
