It seems that environmentalists are against the process of burning. The only problem is that animals and plants are being burned daily giving out carbon dioxide. the process is called aerobic respiration and it cannot be stopped. Everyone has to eat.

Radical environmentalists don't seem to understand that first world nations drive technologies that reduces pollution. First world nations have the lowest birth rates. First world nations have the lowest levels of pollution.

The thing they have yet to acknowledge, is that resources, or the lack of, is the real reason for this drive to curb carbon production.. If you prevent the third world from deveoloping, then that saves them from using "that" what the rich countries want for themselves. The best way to do this is by taxing Co2, thus making it impossible for poorer countries to develop and produce electric, steel and other technologies..

We used all our stuff, now we want theirs.
