You shouldn't drink fruit juices because you strip all the fiber out and are just left with the sugar, and your body needs the fiber to regulate the glucose levels... only vegetable juices are super healthy. Mother nature knows how to balance the fiber/sugar content perfectly, like you probably couldn't eat that whole pineapple because of all the fiber but you can down all that sugar at once in a juice.
