you could say that about most electronic music. it's for a purpose. the tracks are bought by djs. the tracks are made for djs. if you get too experimental with your song structure, people won't buy it. people say house music is too predictable. they say it about dnb and trance too... but if you are spinning a genre you are probably looking for that style and will expect a build and a break and for you to say this shows a lack of appreciation and probably knowledge too
