But I made a goal for myself to do it once my body is strong enough & I achieved it a month later (which was yesterday) & I felt AMAZING! Just give it a try & even if you mess up, just KEEP going & you'll finally be strong enough to complete this. If not, just do her other videos to build strength & to tone up & I come back to it laster on :D

@sprolly00 Ahh I see. This is not dangerous - but what you can do to help is really pull your belly button towards your spine and use your core to push your legs out, not your legs to push your legs out. May be hard to conceptualize but imagine that the power is coming from your center. Also place your hands by your sides palms forward elbows slightly bent. This will help take pressure off of your hips. Good luck!!!
haha! i actually made a youtube a/c just so i could tell you how fab you are. i used to run everyday for the last yr and that made me lose too much weight. i wanted a workout that would get me toned but not too skinny. and that's what you gave me! this is my fav of all the vids.
question-i hv stubborn flab over the lowest part of my butt cheeks, and my thigh where is meets my butt. no amount of running and diet control has helped. is there any pilates move that can target this area?
Just wanted to share that I find the best way to target this problem area is to do a regular yoga lunge with the back leg straight, and with correct alignment just hinge your hips and thus your back forward about 35 degrees. You will really feel it in that area and give your bum a boost. Also climbing stairs (2 at a time) on your tippy toes helps this area.

I'm from Germany and I found your videos yesterday... because I really want to sculpt some parts of my body.. Yesterday I watched your video for the super butt workout and I have to say: I really feel some muscles today... and I didn't even know that they exist :) but my question is, if it is a problem when I can't do all your exercises and should I do some sport beside pilates?
@KiRschOE333 You should def always alternate (or cross train). As for what you can do? It depends on what you're going for. Yoga will be great for flexibility and it compliments pilates very well. Remember to do the cardio for fat burn too. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your amazing videos! I used to do just push ups and 'mountain climbers' untill i was recommended by a friend to look up POP pilates! never felt so good about my body! Ps. How long have you beena pilates instructor? and also is it okay to do pilates every day or is it best to rest for a day or two sometimes

I've been teaching for about 4 years now...transitioned from classic pilates to my own fusion. You can do Pilates everyday if you want. Most people max out at 3 x a week with 1 day rest in between or for cardio. Your body will let you know how much you can handle.

Elbow push ups and the double leg lift are my favourites to do if i don't have the time for a full workout. I use to be in Volleyball and in great shape, and since its been 2 years and my body has gotten weaker and I notice this because, Girl your strong, and it was hard for me to keep up.
For those who want to lessen the muscle soreness from these workouts, you might want to try a protein shake before or after exercising. I started having a shake a few times every day, and my muscles are less sore after intense workouts. My body seems to tone up faster, too.

Working on your side make sure your neck is straight and not kinked up, as for your legs and stretch make sure you stretch out in length, your muscles will look beautiful,
(leg shoulders and arms). You have the potential, to extend your muscles in length.
i love this workout too! it was awesome & fun. much better than windsor pilates! I love how this is fun, and when I'm just about tuckered out and ready to give up you give inspiration! very nice to have any suggestions on sore thighs? because i was lifting 25 lbs above my head while doing lunges and i cant bend my right leg as i can with my left and this has been getting annoying because i cant do anything and im a pretty active kid. =/ looking forward to your reply!
Sore thighs? All I can say is make sure you stretch out before you do your lunges and when they are sore, take a warm bath with some epson salt or bath salts that you can get at the drug store.
What I also like to do is massage my thighs/quads with my hands (it hurts but feels good) and then just kind of enjoy the sweet pain. I go for a run the next couple of days following the workout and just allow my body to cope with the soreness - and before you know it, you can't feel it anymore!

This is not dangerous - but what you can do to help is really pull your belly button towards your spine and use your core to push your legs out, not your legs to push your legs out. May be hard to conceptualize but imagine that the power is coming from your center. Also place your hands by your sides palms forward elbows slightly bent. This will help take pressure off of your hips. Good luck!!!

haha! i actually made a youtube a/c just so i could tell you how fab you are. i used to run everyday for the last yr and that made me lose too much weight. i wanted a workout that would get me toned but not too skinny. and that's what you gave me! this is my fav of all the vids.
question-i hv stubborn flab over the lowest part of my butt cheeks, and my thigh where is meets my butt. no amount of running and diet control has helped. is there any pilates move that can target this area?

Just wanted to share that I find the best way to target this problem area is to do a regular yoga lunge with the back leg straight, and with correct alignment just hinge your hips and thus your back forward about 35 degrees. You will really feel it in that area and give your bum a boost. Also climbing stairs (2 at a time) on your tippy toes helps this area.

I'm from Germany and I found your videos yesterday... because I really want to sculpt some parts of my body.. Yesterday I watched your video for the super butt workout and I have to say: I really feel some muscles today... and I didn't even know that they exist :) but my question is, if it is a problem when I can't do all your exercises and should I do some sport beside pilates?

@KiRschOE333 You should def always alternate (or cross train). As for what you can do? It depends on what you're going for. Yoga will be great for flexibility and it compliments pilates very well. Remember to do the cardio for fat burn too. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your amazing videos! I used to do just push ups and 'mountain climbers' untill i was recommended by a friend to look up POP pilates! never felt so good about my body! Ps. How long have you beena pilates instructor? and also is it okay to do pilates every day or is it best to rest for a day or two sometimes

I've been teaching for about 4 years now...transitioned from classic pilates to my own fusion. You can do Pilates everyday if you want. Most people max out at 3 x a week with 1 day rest in between or for cardio. Your body will let you know how much you can handle.

Thanks! My friend was just looking for a new workout video and yours came up on Youtube, and she's been doing pop pilates ever since.
Elbow push ups and the double leg lift are my favourites to do if i don't have the time for a full workout. Also i love your choice of music! :) if you know any similar music to the first song Yelle Ce jeu could you make a new video to it please? My Thai friend listens to similar upbeat music and i think it would be great for these videos. Thanks again :)

I use to be in Volleyball and in great shape, and since its been 2 years and my body has gotten weaker and I notice this because, Girl your strong, and it was hard for me to keep up.

For those who want to lessen the muscle soreness from these workouts, you might want to try a protein shake before or after exercising. I started having a shake a few times every day, and my muscles are less sore after intense workouts. My body seems to tone up faster, too.
I love your videos, Cassey! I do them all (and nothing else) and they're really working for me!

No matter what you do you still are a ten.
Working on your side make sure your neck is straight and not kinked up, as for your legs and stretch make sure you stretch out in length, your muscles will look beautiful,
(leg shoulders and arms). You have the potential, to extend your muscles in length.

i love this workout too! it was awesome & fun. much better than windsor pilates! I love how this is fun, and when I'm just about tuckered out and ready to give up you give inspiration! very nice to have any suggestions on sore thighs? because i was lifting 25 lbs above my head while doing lunges and i cant bend my right leg as i can with my left and this has been getting annoying because i cant do anything and im a pretty active kid. =/ looking forward to your reply!

Sore thighs? All I can say is make sure you stretch out before you do your lunges and when they are sore, take a warm bath with some epson salt or bath salts that you can get at the drug store.
What I also like to do is massage my thighs/quads with my hands (it hurts but feels good) and then just kind of enjoy the sweet pain. I go for a run the next couple of days following the workout and just allow my body to cope with the soreness - and before you know it, you can't feel it anymore!
