Alright, the consoles have about the same graphical range on this game due to the fact that it's the same configuration on both consoles, which you can't change.

On PC, however, you can max out the graphical power of this engine, which makes it 10x better than the console versions. Add mods to that, and you can't argue that the console game is better.
