did you build the engine at all when you put the turbo on? im fitting a KO3 from a volkswagen on mine and im going to run low boost only around 7-8 psi.
@AveoAmp The engine is 100% bone stock the only thing im doing to it is an MLS headgasket, far superior to the cheap paper gaskets found in these engines. Any stock engine will handle 5-8 psi with proper tuning.

@Nms2k3 if there are head studs avalible for the motor, you might as well do that as well for some cheap insurance.
