Yes, he does a triple toe loop at about 3:12, which has a toe pick take-off. It's not an unusual thing - Kurt doesn't do them here, but flip jumps and lutz jumps also have toe-pick take offs.

I was 8 years old when I saw this on TV. I remember being so mesmerized by this song and his performance. Thank you Kurt for choosing this song, it's now my all-time favorite and a song I listen to everyday.
