The Passing of SOPA would allow a DNS take down of any sites that have user generated links to copyrighted material. And without a court order at that. Also, it wouldn't stop piracy, as pirates could access sites like TPB using IPs. All SOPA would do is prevent new start-ups. And make it harder for law abiding...
