Why was a MBTA locomotive doing at NS Juniata shop?

@acela2107 Oh, MBTA is sending some of their units to get rebuilt at the ns juniata shops, in fact 3 just arrived a few days ago. NS does a lot of work for other roads. Once a bnsf unit was there. Good question, thanks for asking!
