the ears could be made as a 1 way spring-loaded mechanism rigged by very small R/C car parts made from the front wheels-when use a motion activated tiny liquid mercury switch,(Like tilt head slightly to either side,the liquid switch trips& ears move) what the 1 way mechanism means is its a device( or like a furrys ears and tail) that springs back to normal when a very small motor like a small pc fan isnt tugging on it
