Great to hear this stuff again. I saw MIRKWOOD in concert at the University of Canterbury in the early 70s and they were fantastic - one of the best bands on the Canterbury music scene. I rate them alongside early Soft Machine, Caravan etc. What happened to them I wonder?

I think the internet might answer your question. They certainly have an esoteric fanbase. I do love the quote we dug up in the synopsis....Mirkwood went through as many drummers as Spinal Tap.
