Unfortunately, I think James is acting a bit in the shows he appears in. I mean, on Top Gear, he plays the snob, while in these shows he plays a slob.

I don't think he's a snob on Top Gear. He's just different from Jeremy and Richard. Anyway he's great on Top Gear and he's great on this show.

I think Oz is being unfair, James is really intelligent, he just hasn't got the same patience as Oz for waffling on about wine. If you've ever read his column in the Telegraph you see how witty and smart he is.

Well, that's the actual point, of course : 'patience' and lack of it.

The producer of this show is not interested in the story behind the wine, or oisters, but in the back and forth between the 2 presenters.

I'm sure, if James were to take Oz on a ride through car-land, Oz would be the same as James in this show, and vice versa.
