  • churr wunda if my hits r still unda that bridge

  • Yep...keep the big loadings off the roads and put them on rail as that what rail tracks were originally laid down for. This was a heavy load but my guess would be a minimum of 2000 tonnes but hard to say.Locos sounded a little like GEs!

  • great vid

i work on the port unloading the log wagons

  • Thats a heavy train. Would love to know what that one weighed.

  • The trains that run between Murupara and Kawerau are around 1500 tons so I guess this one would be around 2000?

  • Yes I believe that this was a bit over

  • 51 wagons (?) but looking at some of the beefier log bunches, and considering the total likely weight of the contents of the ZM wagons, I'd say this train is keeping some 70 odd trucks off the main street of Te Puke. If the other five daily trains from Kawerau are doing the same, and taking into account the return journey of each truck, that's 840 trucks off the road every day.

  • and theres still too many trucks going through te puke....

  • Nevermind the video quality, a good effort. G ood to see those logs on the rail, keep them off the highways,.
