I'm a paramedic with EMSA . I's the ambulance service that responded to the Oklahoma City bombing. My daughter is marrying a guy who lives in Dawlish. I would love to third ride with the LAS when I come over for the wedding.
It seems that our relatively affluent societies are being overcome by a new pandemic of 'acopia' - when people have a minor medical complaint that should be addressed by common sense, simple first aid or a visit to their general practitioner they now think it appropriate to call the ambulance service. Perhaps if they are billed heavily for wasting a precious resource they might 'develop' common sense.
@thebarrettgod lol, you've never worked on an Ambulance in London, have you? There's a reason that almost no other Amb Trust had to purchase stab vests!
