Hello. I also have a LG VX8700 (cu720)

I can get ring tones and free games both on my phone and working, but i can't find any themes. You said you made your own. I'm assuming that you used bitpim to get the files onto your hard drive, then used a picture program to edit them, and then replaced them on your phone. if this is true, what folder on the file system contains the files used for themes? is it Lgapp/media/theme ? any help is greatly appreciated.

does it have a scroll wheel thing or a toggle for the menues because all the american ones ive seen with the bar menu one under each other has been scroll with the toggle its a grid (9 on one page in a square) but the one ive seen from rogers has a toggle

u have to replace existing message sounds, new ones wont work
