  • As of today (I already started this morning) I only drink water for breakfast and don't eat I drink 6 cups of water (don't try to drink it all at once when u get to about 4 cups u feel like your going to throw up) lol

  • This really inspires me. I've been playing DDR 4-5 days a week for about 3 weeks now, combined with some yoga and I've only lost a couple of pounds. I'm starting to get discouraged, but I'm going to keep going. Good things come to those who wait, right? I weigh 182 pounds and my goal is 150. Hopefully in 6 or 7 months, I will be close to my goal.

  • @xcassiegottox Also, I eat healthy and drink mostly water, with the occasional glass of milk or Naked juice.

  • @xcassiegottox do you eat fast food,drink soda or eat tons of home cook meals?just because u exercise doesnt mean you lose weight....if you eat TONS of food the exercise will sort of just cancel it out(like negative and positive numbers) and keep u the same weight,another thing that might help is motivation(like he said,if you TRULY want to lose weight u will),one final thing that might help is dont care about how much you weight on a scale,i hope this help like it helped me ^^

  • @ShiniNRiyu I have DDR, but not the pad. But what really helped me was practicing Parkour, running, jumping, using all the muscles in your body, getting your blood pumping, it helps alot. Any physical activity does. :)

  • I just went to a dieticion. With my height and muscle I was told I could drink a maximum of 1liter of diet soda.. I mainly drink tea, water and coffee though :) .. anyway I lost weight by eating about 500 calories less than my body could have (from 1400 to 1950 calories a day) then the averige "move at least an hour a day" But I move a lot at my work, and started jogging.. When I work out I have to eat an extra portion of fruit :D

  • if you want to eat meat eat low fat chicken and beef, just dont eat pork, also you shouldnt eat much of those thick sauces.. dont eat much carbohydrates(bread, noodles, everything what contains sugar), but of course in the morning you need carbohydrates to have energy for the day! and drink water as he said, maybe go out everyday, then everythings allright

  • So here is my deal. i am not that big but i live in the world where barbies are best so compered to them i am huge! but not in general. i did realise that none of my jeans fit me and i have to wear my shorts untill i buy a new pair, but sence i got home from america i have been loosing weight and working out a little more. yesterday me and my mom went for a walk, we call them 'power walks' because we run up staris and up hills or whatever, and its realy been helping me. thanks for everything c:

Im at 230 pounds(around that) and only 15. I am going to cut the soda/fatty foods out of my life and cut most of the time I spend on video games, and use them to spend with friends and family.

  • With the right workouts you can eliminate excess skin. Bulk and tone up after couple of years you will see an amazing difference. Lift and lift heavy. I have taken down a lady at my job from 400lbs to 150lbs. She hated the excess skin as well but it was very minimal because i trained her hard now she is 140 and her skin is tight as hell. Eating right is good but without a real workout plan you will plateau. Also if you lose weight faster than building muscles u will have excess skin.

  • Thank you so much for making this video. I started a weight loss plan with my family 3 years ago. I was 260lbs and got all the way down to 220lbs. Once I got sick I dropped down to 199lbs. Since I've gotten better almost a year and a half later, I've been struggling to get the rest of my weight down because I am not back to 220lbs or a little more. :( You have inspired me to work harder on loosing this weight. I'm told that I am beautiful but I do not feel beautiful. I want to feel beautiful. :D

  • XD Yes, I used to be very very slim, I knew what to eat and how much to eat. Then when winter came by, that is when I was like a puppy xD stuck at home, eating and drinking. Now, I'll start with drinking plenty of water, like I did when I was skinny and I will start excersising and dancing. Btw, you rock XD You love Anime!! XD Anime is awesome!     I think the best thing is that you found an exercise that you actually enjoy. I think in general people just need to find a type of exercise that they like... Cardio generally dun get people interested, c'mon it's freaken boring =.=

  • That is exactly how my weight loss story started. I went on holiday and I got really ill I didn't eat anything for 3 days( just water) and did a lot of walking around universal studios in florida in the heat. when I came back home I found out I lost over 30lbs in 2 and half weeks.

    Now I am just over 200lbs and hopefully going to reach my goal of 180lbs by Mar-Apr time.

  • I've been wanting to play DDR at my house for years... but the house I'm in shakes even upon normal walking by a little 1 and a half year old kid... so hopping around on a dance pad... well you get the idea. I have been a "big" guy since as long as I can remember so I can identify with this video, thanks for posting it. I have recently started a minor exercise and calorie counting regimen... so hopefully I'll have good reports in a few weeks... we'll see. Anyway... have a blessed one!

  • Dude, i completely understand you and first can i say thankyou so much. It is people like you who really make me think i can do things and i can get to where i want to be. Ive always had a problem with weight, and to be honest your right socitiy is crule the amount of abuse i have recieved just for being over weight is astounding but now i'm gonna make a change, Thankyou so much :')

  • I was told by 2 doctors and a nutritionist that eating right is at least 85% of the battle ... If you start by eating right, you're well on your way. You're not going to feel 100% better unless you start with some cardio though, so thanks for pointing that out. I just want everyone to know that there is nothing wrong with starting slow, and don't quit if you cannot exercise at the level you want right away. It takes time (believe me, I've quit too many times from being discouraged.

  • long story - short, stop picking out on fat and fastfoods - this way i lost 10lbs, start moving your ass and come outside once in a while, go for a run, go to the gym, stop drinking crap and drink water instead

  • if u want to lose weight the lazy easy way then cut down your food to a quarter, no soda drinks, no fatty foods, no alcohol, and run around your block a few times everyday it helped me alot and you might say that it would take ages but honestly time flys

  • Haha, for the past 3 weeks i've just set myself a goal of drinking as much water as i could. Turned out i didn't have time to drink carbonated drinks so i just drank heaps of water and i had coke today... about an 8th of a cup and it just tasted weird XD haha

  • I do 4 hours of jiu-jitsu a week and an hours Boxing Conditioning class. I do need to do more though because while these make me physically fit I'm still not toned. I'm about 75kg but my height is 5ft11 so it works out about 22 BMI, I would like to get to 20. Though what I will say is BMI isn't always accurate because is don't count in the fact muscle had a larger mass than fat. I've gotten slimmer since starting jitsu but have actually gained a couple of Kg and that's down to muscle.

  • Okay, if you could answer this... what about... your complexion? Face? And what else about your appearance externally. This is what I'm about to do, so I'd like to know, since you're already there, how its going with complexion and the like. 260, going for 180 (my normal BMI) maybe lower, then work the muscle up.
