i have court on the 22 of this month, i need help fighting my ticket for speeding. i picked judgement by peers not judge, what is the process, please help thanks

@metubegirl69er Just like their spedo's when pacing you the TOOLS ie the radar or lazer has to be properly maintained like a vehicle or there's doubt to the accuracy. If you operate ANY equipment OUTSIDE the Manufacturers paramaters - How can you be assured of anything? If you had an OD that showed 80MPH and your top end wound the needle past there - How fast are you traveling? If laser gun A is not to be used past 600 Ft and cop shot you at 800 ft - is it questionable?
