Our editor isn't 100% finished, but it's still fully functional. We built it to apply legal Hidden Hex values based on the other attributes of the Pokemon too. Here's a better idea, get a flash cart or an AR and pokesav all this yourself

it's also not a good idea to cheat to get the national dex before you trigger the event to obtain it legally. Because then you'll be cut off from using a lot of national dex features (the two guys that block your path in the fight area will remain there) but rowan will still behave as if you have the national dex so he won't give it to you. Then you'll never trigger the event and you'll be stuck.
