  • been diagnosed with both ADD and OCD in the past.I also suspect Aspergers because of social deficiencies I show that match the diagnosis criteria.

    I can get angry or anxious really fast with the proper stimuli.But when I try to bring it back later for therapy I just can't feel much of that emotion until the offending stimuli reappears

    The important thing is simply to try to feel those things as you follow the instructions. If you do this the process should still work for you. The other thing that helps such "hair trigger" anger reactions is to work on your general level of emotion. You can use the tracks for that by working through the things that really bother you systematically.

    Thank you for your assistance,it means a lot.

    Now it might sound silly but I still have one major concern.Doesn't the law of the mind say that you should focus on the results you want instead of what not?If I spent 10-30 minutes focusing on anger/ sadness/ low self esteem etc a day wouldn't it make it more likely to become a self fulfilling prophecy?

  • Hey Tim Congatts on all the success U R having with your technique. I also want to comend U for choosing to release the basic info for free. Gary C. of EFT did that as well & it benefitted so many. I'm 1 of the Vets w/PTSD that Gary had helped 3 yrs ago. I was able to release over 20 yrs of nightmares. Unfortunateley I seem to be reversed on so many other aspects, so I'll give your work the time too. I believe the time has come 4 self healing. Namaste friend, I wish U much ABUNDANCE TOO!

  • I'm betting this costs money. I'm very much in doubt that it will work. Ive tried exposure therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR and NLP to get rid of my phobia, can't imagine at this stage that anything will work.

  • Dear @clealuira,  why not actually take a look? If you do you will find that exacrly as stated on the video you get an entire therapy system for free.

    And as to whether it will work for you well you can find out for free. Just visit the website.

  • Since recording this video more than a year ago things have moved on somewhat. This is now in use across the English speaking world.

    The homepage has lots of user feedback as does the site. The website also has about 10 hours of interviews with self helpers and therapists explainjing how they have used it.

    There is now also a free package for anyone struggling with feelings surrounding cancer.

  • @antega If you go to the website, you can download the audio files for free, at no cost.

  • This is a great process. It is easy to follow. But for some deeper issues you may need to do it for a minimum of 3x. Did it on a tough issue and it was great.

    But there will probably be some type of emotional release (crying). Can be very intense but worth it.

    Works well on beliefs with emotions attached to them. This system works very well. If all the testimonials are true on the website, then this is more powerful than EFT, TAT, ZBT...thank you!

  • I have used this on and off for the past 2 months and it works well if you follow the instructions and do it more than once or twice if you are not sure of your results. Are you willing to take 1/2 hour of your life to change something you don't prefer ? Hey Tim, it is nice to see what you look like....thank you...thank you ....thank you from CT USA

  • I found this to work very well also. I dont know how you used it but I find that it is better to be very specific on a belief or emotion attached to it. There is not a lot of information on the many ways to use it as it is so new. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
