Does anyone know what some people in the rows are doing with a Qur'an in their hands (eg. 3:14) ? Are they praying alongside the others? Who are these people and are they assigned to have a Qur'an and read it during the prayer? Thanks!

@loiofnature Anyone can read from the Qur'an if he like to do so, there's nothing wrong with it. they follow what the imam is saying.
