That was Mr. Leone, solicitor, he was informing a sheriff's deputy that I had a right to tape the meeting. My copy of the NJ Supreme Court decision in Tarus vs Pine Hill (A-93-2005) ensured my right to tape a public meeting. IF YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK YOU WILL KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.
