Good advice. Also, don't forget the "flag as spam" button. You can use this for troll comments before you block. This feature can also be used on comment boards on video that are not yours. Another thing to do is to go on the offense... Go to the troll's page and look under "recent activity" for the troll's recent comments and flag all of his comments on other videos (if offensive).

The trolls are really worthless people, they actually search for a fight or rudely comment of a innocent opinion. It usually starts by cursing at you for a unknown reason when your comment wasn't offensive.
