to post (deceitful) advertisement in those forums. some did this for medication, others for different highly common plastic surgery needs (liposuction, rhinoplasty, treatments against first wrinkles, cellulite treatments etc). they posed as happy patients and gave bought opinions. i once saw this in a forum where a doctor actually replied and said he'd read the same opinion with similar user name in different forums and thought this opinion was bought. students are "cheap", this is illegal in my
country and i suppose in many others but i know for fact its done.. so everybody searching for the best surgeon (which i would definitely want to do if my face were concerned) please take this into account and search for people on the forums who are willing to talk to you in person etc.
She's not fake for having a rhinoplasty! She broke her nose & it was crooked afterwards! She said it caused problems breathing wise & would only get worse! She simply FIXED her nose & wanted back to the way it should've bn! Anyways this was so helpful! As much as I hate my own nose I dnt think I could go thru w/ all of that! :( sounds scary

There's nothing wrong with wanting to change your appearance. Some people aren't comfortable with their appearance, and that's alright. Others are fine and learn to accept their flaws. Both are valid options. We don't need to belittle someone for making the choice to change their appearance, not everyone can or should be forced to 'accept' their flaws if they don't want to.
I'm sick and tired of people thinking that other people are lying, okay seriously you don't know anyone so don't judge them. I actually know what it feels like to break your nose until a large bump grows and honestly it really sucks. Its something that you look at everyday and remember how it use to be. After I broke my nose I cried for 3 weeks, because before it broke it was one of my best features. So dont caps-lock your ass about people "lying" when you dont even have your facts straight.

I never had so much patience watching a long video on youtube like I did with this one. I have a ugly genetic nose from my father. I am 16 years old and I feel that when I breath I don't take enough air. I had issues in the past with my old classmates. They always told me what an ugly nose I had. I never told any of these to my parents because our relationship isn't that close. I can't talk with my friends because they say I'm just fine. The only way I can find support is by internet. The bump cannot be caused by a trauma, especially that you said your nose was not stuffed, it means that there were no breaks what so ever. I had a surgery done because of my childhood trauma, and my nose was stuffed for 10 days to keep everything in place and make it possible to breath afterwards. For the rest - I can repeat it word by word, that was also the best decision of my life. Congratulations on the success! It does suit you and looks beautiful!

if your going to pay 5-7k for rhinoplasty you might aswell go to iran since they are #1 in the world for it and it only costs something like 1-2k there with a 1-2k ticket there and back. it would still end up cheaper.

It's funny no one says anything to people who get braces. Teeth are bones and can be surgically enhanced. Fixing teeth can make some function look and feel better. A crooked nose when fixed can make someone breath look n feel better. Braces and rhinoplasty are also in the same price range. So what if people wanna correct minor imperfections. It does not change the every feature It simply enhances it.

I had surgery with the same doctor 3 weeks ago. In your video you're saying that you're wearing glasses - I was told not to wear ANY glasses (including my 'real' glasses for vision correction) for at least 6 weeks... many other surgeons say not to wear them for a number of months because if they are heavy they can leave a permanent dent in the healing bone/cartilage.
Darn it, I meant to say that even after the surgery my nose still doesn't look as good as it did before it was broken. I was just trying to make the point that some of us really do need to get the surgery done, and many, like myself, wish that I could have the nose that I was born with back but it's not possible. It's not ALWAYS about vanity. Jeesh, I'm done commenting.
Also, quickly, I can relate to you, Leyla. I played basketball and took a nasty elbow shot to the face. The cartilage inside moved completely to one side, restricting over half of all airflow, and the bridge bone was shattered. I was so self-conscious because I was blessed with a "cute" nose but now it doesn't look as good as it did before the surgery. At least I can breathe freely now. I know It's a sensitive subject and many feel the need to share their opinions on it.
So glad you're happy with the result Leyla! It really looks great and if I hadn't know what you looked like before, I would have never knew. I'm glad you got to do this for yourself and give you a lot of credit for being so honest with all of us even when you didn't need to be. Forget all of the negative comments, you look great.

people need to stop criticizing anyone who has plastic surgery. It's not a bad message to send, and it doesn't make you fake. People do it to feel more confident in their own skin and feel more beautiful. It's not your place to judge people for what they choose for their OWN bodies.
People who are watching this obviously aren't followers of these beautiful sisters. The nose before wasn't her 'natural nose', it wasn't the one she was born with. There was a situation when she was younger. I think it was brave of her to undergo the knife and return to her true self. This video was requested, stop hating on her.
@lhartlett She had a Aquiline nose before, and now she doesn't. Certainly, some of her perhaps less favored features were accentuated by her accident, but a great deal of how her nose developed was natural, and she's removed that. Simply correcting damage is one thing, but she's gone far beyond that. I think it's great that people can change how they look, but I hate how everyone chooses to look exactly the same.

if your going to pay 5-7k for rhinoplasty you might aswell go to iran since they are #1 in the world for it and it only costs something like 1-2k there with a 1-2k ticket there and back. it would still end up cheaper.

It's funny no one says anything to people who get braces. Teeth are bones and can be surgically enhanced. Fixing teeth can make some function look and feel better. A crooked nose when fixed can make someone breath look n feel better. Braces and rhinoplasty are also in the same price range. So what if people wanna correct minor imperfections. It does not change the every feature It simply enhances it.

@arklene I totally agree that it is a personal and respectable choice but teeth aren't bones, silly goose. lol. It's also difficult to compare braces to rhinoplasty because braces are much less invasive and don't involve any surgery. Leyla, you look beautiful as always! xx

I had surgery with the same doctor 3 weeks ago. In your video you're saying that you're wearing glasses - I was told not to wear ANY glasses (including my 'real' glasses for vision correction) for at least 6 weeks... many other surgeons say not to wear them for a number of months because if they are heavy they can leave a permanent dent in the healing bone/cartilage.

Darn it, I meant to say that even after the surgery my nose still doesn't look as good as it did before it was broken. I was just trying to make the point that some of us really do need to get the surgery done, and many, like myself, wish that I could have the nose that I was born with back but it's not possible. It's not ALWAYS about vanity. Jeesh, I'm done commenting.

Also, quickly, I can relate to you, Leyla. I played basketball and took a nasty elbow shot to the face. The cartilage inside moved completely to one side, restricting over half of all airflow, and the bridge bone was shattered. I was so self-conscious because I was blessed with a "cute" nose but now it doesn't look as good as it did before the surgery. At least I can breathe freely now. I know It's a sensitive subject and many feel the need to share their opinions on it.

People who are watching this obviously aren't followers of these beautiful sisters. The nose before wasn't her 'natural nose', it wasn't the one she was born with. There was a situation when she was younger. I think it was brave of her to undergo the knife and return to her true self. This video was requested, stop hating on her.

@lhartlett She had a Aquiline nose before, and now she doesn't. Certainly, some of her perhaps less favored features were accentuated by her accident, but a great deal of how her nose developed was natural, and she's removed that. Simply correcting damage is one thing, but she's gone far beyond that. I think it's great that people can change how they look, but I hate how everyone chooses to look exactly the same.
