When I read Louis's description of Armand, I thought of him as having the apperance of around 25 years....but once I read Lestat's story...Armand became this teenaged boy in my mind's eye.

I love Anne Rice. <3 She's the best vampire writer I know. :3 Meyer has nothing on Rice. Meyer is a dipshit, who can't seem to use other words to describe vampires other than "so gorgeous" or "beautiful". Rice not only has a wider vocabulary, but her writing is like art. It is beautiful and intriguing in the way that it makes you think about the true nature of vampires.

I wish they could make a movie about Armand's life with Marius. I just love those two! they were meant for each other but so many things broke them apart. I think Stephenie Meyer in Twilight tried to copy Anne Rice's vampires. It's obvious how she describes Edward's beauty...Just like Armand...Armand is way better!

I don't think Meyer tried to copy Rice. It's often said Meyer didn't know anything about vampires when she wrote Twilight. I don't know whether that's true but it would explain a lot of things. Just remember that diamond-skin-thing. I think that's rubbish... it just seems that all authors want to describe vampires as really beautiful. But you are right when you say Armand is way better than Edward;) And someone said they will make a movie about Lestat again so why not Marius next?

My life sucks. It's the suckiest sucky thing that ever sucked. I could get up off my ass and go to The Vampire Lestat concert. Which is okay I guess, because his songs are really stupid. Like "I Want To Drink Your Souls" and "Thousand Years of Louis's Crap" and of course, "Bitey Suck Bite Bite". And it doesn't help that I cut my hair while ago. Armand is by far my favorite character in these books. The pic at 1:11 is just how always looks in my mind. To me he is the easiest to relate to. He is someone who had a hard life, and clung to hope. Was them hurt further, and shown kindness by someone who was the opposite of everything he learned was good and right. That would be a real mind game. You know the rest of the story so I won't go into it. Anyway, loved the video.
