The words "in my MOUTH" are the words of the actual scripture. God did not seek the opinion of "BTC141" or anyone else when He wrote His word. It's not about how someone who is trying to be so deep feels about it. How can anyone argue, dispute or even think they can 'improve' the Word of God. People who try to be so deep only prove how shallow they really are. The Bible is just fine, as it is.

I enjoyed listening to this song, but I feel that "mouth" is a poor choice of word. It should be re-written and "heart" or "his praise shall continually ring in my deeds" or "his praise shall continually be uttered out loud." When I think of the word "mouth" I think of the dentist or cavities. These images of the dentist and cavities, thanks to the word "mouth", detract from the power of the lord. We have a mighty and powerful lord that deserves better . Praise be to the Lord.

@BTC141 ???? "In my mouth" is what the actual scripture says. The same bible that says out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. Instead of trying to be deeper than the Word of God, people should seek to go deeper in the Lord & His Word--then they won't come up with something so shallow as to suggest that God's Word isn't good enough or deep enough. And they won't go according to how they "feel."
