You would be correct if these were not formed using responders to local advertising in newspapers in the manner they were normally formed. If not, they "could" be biased. These juries meet all the requirements of judges and prosecutors to have solid standing in each city or county. Even the Connecticut legislature and President Obama's Secret Service has given their acknowledgement that these juries are completely within the rights of the people.

A jury isn't made up of biased people. Big flaw. And, not valid anyway.
