@scottgeiger88 Green yolks often come from overcooking - or if you cook the eggs at too high a temperature. Ifyou keep the water at a simmer, it's not an issue. Thanks for watching!

Nice! Keep in mind that eggs purchased in the grocery store can be up to 6 months old. You have the same plastic plates we have, the best!
