@MyJade44 I respect your opinion, but Jeff Buckley creatively transformed the song into a unique and haunting sound. If you hear Leonard Cohen's version it sounds completely different. I wish they let him perform the whole song, which takes about 7 minutes. He would've destroyed everyone if he was allowed to sing it till the last line where he holds a 4th octave for 23 seconds!

Just purchased his album. Actually I like the raw just started singing version than the one on the cd. However I still think Jason has a great soothing voice. I agree with the KD Lang comment but not the Buckley. He is too depressing.
