challenging and provocative this is why I love Sweet so mutch! O I would have been there but at the time I was only ten. I hope they will be giging soon in the neighbarhood of Belgium!
Crikey - halfway through the book "Blockbuster" and totally enthralled by it. Then I happen across this and can't believe such a rarity (which is referred to in the book) is actually here!!! Thanks for posting this, it's really appreciated. Always been a massive Sweet fan, them and punk band Stiff little Fingers are my two favourite bands. Thanks again. Andy.
I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE SEVENTIES AND RELIVE SWEET AND GLAM ROCK PLEASED TO SAY I WAS A TEENAGER WHEN THEY ROCKED BEEN NOTHING LIKE THEM SINCE THIS IS GREAT THANKS.
im not complaining, but at the begining why did they change the lyrics "one little girl," "another little girl," and "another girl" to little whore, slut and slag?
hahaha I love brians introduction, "just be happy" what a great band! and a great cover!! I want to see this digital remastered and on a cd so we can buy this great stuff!!!
@lissiwill Did I say that Brian's voice wasn't good? NO, I said his vocal was behind all this screaming. I don't hear any stress here. Except mine, while was listening this :D
GREAT POST. I'm a lifelong sweet fan and I have never heard this. We need more people like you to keep posting live sweet stuff on here The world needs to know what a great live group they were. How about a Mick Tucker classic drum solo.?. Keep up the good work. This is priceless!.
This is a fantastic version! Those cats really could sing back then! Jeez! read the new Brian Connoly biography. Awesome story! I'll recommend it! Cheers!
just found your answer on my mailbox, don't know how it got there but thanks anyway. I ordered the book from the author and I must say I really loved it .

That was good to hear! I loved it too. Very touching and tragic fairy tale. Very balanced and respectable writing by the author.
