I lost my baby Penny on 12/21/2011 and I'm grief-stricken. She was in the prime of her life and in less than a week she was dead. She died twice in my arms, 20 minutes from having life-saving surgery. This video has me in tears once again. Penny baby, I still feel you, I will see you again soon.

This video spoke to me so deeply. I just lost my black lab, Frodo, 2 weeks ago. He had a brain tumor, the vet suspects. He was fine and then within a week we had to say goodbye to him. My loyal companion for 13 years was a labrador named bo. He just passed this morning and as I watch this video I am bawling my eyes out. I got him when I was 14 years old and he was my first dog. I loved him more than I realized as the time to say goodbye came way too early for me. I hope I can find someway to smile and realize he had a long and healthy life and know that we will be together again one day but right now it is so hard.

I had to put my beloved rottie girl, Sable, down yesterday. She would have been 12 yrs old on Nov. 20th. And it would have been 7 yrs ago I adopted her from a shelter the day after Thanksgiving. It came on so fast....her legs just gave out, by morning she was completely paralyzed. I miss her so much. She is with Jake, my first rottie, my sister, Charlene, my dad, my brother in laws Jack and Pete and so many others I have lost. She was a precious gift..will miss her the rest of my life.

Thank you so much for this video - It brings me comfort to know I will meet my dear Mille again. We had to put my dog through 13 years to sleep last friday, and I don't think I have cried so much ever before. She had been with me since I was 10, so I cannot really remember life without her :( It just feels empty around here now, and I miss her so much. But then heart cancer came to claim her and I was only able to spend a few short moments with her before she had to go to the vets to be put down, I wasn't allowed to go so I could not say goodbye

I lost my albino Burmese python of 13yrs Saturday morning, he went everywhere with me outside of work. He was my sidekick..everyone always saw us together. I took him to the crematorium yesterday. He went "home" Saturday, but he's back with me in the house now. Please believe I loved him as much as ya'll loved your cats and dogs. My heart feels so empty :'(
I'm so sorry for your loss. Most people don't understand the strong bond and connection that is formed with a reptile...when my iguana died at 14 of bone cancer some even made crass comments. The love I felt for her was the same as one would feel for a dog or a cat...she went everywhere with me. Burms are beautiful, magestic snakes and yours was very lucky to have lived his life with you. My heart goes out to you.

It was Lucky's time for leaving us yesterday. There was no doubt. For all the unconditional love she shared, she deserved to have her family there as we said goodbye. I've cried less at funerals, than over the past 24 hours. I know she is happy now. A friend shared this with me. What a beautiful tribute. It helps to know and believe I will see her again..:)

Sometimes when I am alone I will watch this video thnking of my rescue cotton and how she was a guinea pig but acted like a little puppy with jump for me when I got home and how calming she was to me no matter what I knew she knew my feelings. I just read the book "Heaven Is For Real", it is on the best seller's list right now. There is a young boy who saw heaven after a ruptured appendix and nearly dying. You may have seen it. He was asked by his parent if there were dogs there and he said there were, plus horses, etc... I do hope with all I have, that we will be reunited with our pets. It has been over a year now since I lost both my Beagles. I want to be with them and sometimes dream of it. I miss them every day.

i lost my puppy remi to a car accident , he was only with me for 2 weeks and he was only a couple months old. we were camping and driving in a golf cart and his leash got caught in the wheel... and we baked up and i guess u know what happened next. Watched with many tears, I lost my dog when I was just 4, and it was my fault she passed away, she was an English Bulldog, and I kept on playing with her, even when told to stop, and I found her, in the garage, she had had a heat stroke, and I had played, without knowing, she had been dying 20 steps away from me. And it still hurts so much, to know that I caused her death....

A Dog is the only animal that will go into a burning building to save its master, so great is their love for us. I've had many dogs over the years. When I lose one, I bury him/her in plot on the property reserved for all my furry friends. I rarely cry but always get misty eyed with videos like these. I just lost my miniture pincher, she was my baby, her name was sadie. She was my life. She was 9 years 8months old. I lived alone with her. Now it is so quiet here without her. I lost a cat in 2001. His name was Boo, he looked like a cow. he was stolen and we put up posters and every call we got he was closer to home until we got a call one night and then we found him on the side of the road, he had been hit byba car in the dark. Boo died on his 1st birthday. I miss him very very much. I have another cat, MeMeow he is 8 years old now and I am so afraid of the day when his time will come but I will come back to this beautiful video to say my good-byes again. <3

I can't get over my dog's death. She died on November 16th 2010, I had her since I was five years old, she came to my life as a puppy in 1994. My dog died alone, she was crying for help b/c she knew her time was coming. But she was alone. My biggest regret is not being with her. I dunno how to cope with it. My heart ripped into shreds when she passed, I also had to cremate her body the same day b/c her body was decaying... i feel so alone and depressed..
@balladesque To my Friend, I hear, I think it is safe to say, we all hear you, my dog passed on 1/2/2008 on the operating table, I had to let him go and I was not with him, all I felt was guilt, I drank almost everyday to hide my depression, it did not help, at the time I wanted to go find him, they told me I was in shock and denial, he was all I had for 12 years, he also saved my life back in 1998, he was my SON, but, it took me 2 years to get over his death. Remember the good times.

I lost my baby Penny on 12/21/2011 and I'm grief-stricken. She was in the prime of her life and in less than a week she was dead. She died twice in my arms, 20 minutes from having life-saving surgery. This video has me in tears once again. Penny baby, I still feel you, I will see you again soon.

wonderful.. our girl has been at the Bridge now 7+ years.. my gosh how time goes..but still, to this day.. This video spoke to me so deeply. I just lost my black lab, Frodo, 2 weeks ago. He had a brain tumor, the vet suspects. He was fine and then within a week we had to say goodbye to him. My loyal companion for 13 years was a labrador named bo. He just passed this morning and as I watch this video I am bawling my eyes out. I got him when I was 14 years old and he was my first dog. I loved him more than I realized as the time to say goodbye came way too early for me. I hope I can find someway to smile and realize he had a long and healthy life and know that we will be together again one day but right now it is so hard.

I had to put my beloved rottie girl, Sable, down yesterday. She would have been 12 yrs old on Nov. 20th. And it would have been 7 yrs ago I adopted her from a shelter the day after Thanksgiving. It came on so fast....her legs just gave out, by morning she was completely paralyzed. I miss her so much. She is with Jake, my first rottie, my sister, Charlene, my dad, my brother in laws Jack and Pete and so many others I have lost. She was a precious gift..will miss her the rest of my life.

Thank you so much for this video - It brings me comfort to know I will meet my dear Mille again. We had to put my dog through 13 years to sleep last friday, and I don't think I have cried so much ever before. She had been with me since I was 10, so I cannot really remember life without her :( It just feels empty around here now, and I miss her so much. But then heart cancer came to claim her and I was only able to spend a few short moments with her before she had to go to the vets to be put down, I wasn't allowed to go so I could not say goodbye

I lost my albino Burmese python of 13yrs Saturday morning, he went everywhere with me outside of work. He was my sidekick..everyone always saw us together. I took him to the crematorium yesterday. He went "home" Saturday, but he's back with me in the house now. Please believe I loved him as much as ya'll loved your cats and dogs. My heart feels so empty :'(

I'm so sorry for your loss. Most people don't understand the strong bond and connection that is formed with a reptile...when my iguana died at 14 of bone cancer some even made crass comments. The love I felt for her was the same as one would feel for a dog or a cat...she went everywhere with me. Burms are beautiful, magestic snakes and yours was very lucky to have lived his life with you. My heart goes out to you.

It was Lucky's time for leaving us yesterday. There was no doubt. For all the unconditional love she shared, she deserved to have her family there as we said goodbye. Sometimes when I am alone I will watch this video thnking of my rescue cotton and how she was a guinea pig but acted like a little puppy with jump for me when I got home and how calming she was to me no matter what I knew she knew my feelings. I just read the book "Heaven Is For Real", it is on the best seller's list right now. There is a young boy who saw heaven after a ruptured appendix and nearly dying. You may have seen it. He was asked by his parent if there were dogs there and he said there were, plus horses, etc... I do hope with all I have, that we will be reunited with our pets. It has been over a year now since I lost both my Beagles. I want to be with them and sometimes dream of it. I miss them every day.

i lost my puppy remi to a car accident , he was only with me for 2 weeks and he was only a couple months old. we were camping and driving in a golf cart and his leash got caught in the wheel... and we baked up and i guess u know what happened next. Watched with many tears, I lost my dog when I was just 4, and it was my fault she passed away, she was an English Bulldog, and I kept on playing with her, even when told to stop, and I found her, in the garage, she had had a heat stroke, and I had played, without knowing, she had been dying 20 steps away from me. A Dog is the only animal that will go into a burning building to save its master, so great is their love for us. I've had many dogs over the years. When I lose one, I bury him/her in plot on the property reserved for all my furry friends. I rarely cry but always get misty eyed with videos like these. I watch them and remember the joy and love my dogs and cats and horses and more brought me. Thanks for a great YouTube page. I can't believe a few people didn't like it but what would they know?

Great job on the video production and on the sentiment!!! What a special story. I was captivated watching it - Love all of your animal pictures! You inspire me with your creativity!!! Your video is very heartwarming, is a wonderful tribute, and will give comfort to all of us who have lost a special pet. When my beloved cat Cheddar died, a friend suggested that I adopt a new kitty at the animal shelter - best thing I could have done. I saved a life & filled a void in mine! :)

I just lost my beloved Shepherd of 11 years, and this tribute is so beautiful, thank you for posting it. I have cried for days, missing my best friend and companion, and the hole in my heart is so big and empty. Someday I may be able to fill it with love again for another, but we need to grieve and give ourselves time to heal. The right one will come along to fill that aching void, but for now, I love you Beau with all my heart and hope you find Sam.

I love my three 4-legged kids so very much. they are so playful and different from one-another! I cherish every moment i spend with them! They are my heart, my world, my everything. There is nothing I wouldn't do for them! I love you sciera, Sawyer and Presley!

i had a basett hound named Snicker Doodle who died in '04. i was 6 when he died and even after six years when ever i think of him i cry ssoo hard and its worse when people say animals cant go to heaven, but when i watch this i know that one day ill see him again and then nothing will separate us.

I just lost my miniture pincher, she was my baby, her name was sadie. She was my life. She was 9 years 8months old. I lived alone with her. Now it is so quiet here without her. I hate to go to bed at night because she slept with me EVERY night. I hate not hearing her bark or the sound of her little toenails clicking on the kitchen floor.. I miss not having her around to take for walks and rides in the car. I have never in my life cried so much when I had to put her to sleep. I LOVE YOU SADIE RIP

@egisadog I am soooo sorry to hear your loss! I lost my best friend Buddy (Shih Tzu) after 17 years of so much love! My heart aches every day for him. He was part of my family and I never knew how much my heart would hurt when he had to go! I loved him to pieces and there is now a big void in my life.

I think i lost my most loved, dear, prized possesion in 2009..i lost my best friend, my protecter, i lost somebody who loved me. i lost somebody who would die for me. i lost my dog, sam. he died from parvo in 09'. losing him was the hardest thing i have ever gone through i had him for a full, happy 12 years. Your missed by us all boy, and i cant wait to be with you again......

I lost a cat in 2001. His name was Boo, he looked like a cow. he was stolen and we put up posters and every call we got he was closer to home until we got a call one night and then we found him on the side of the road, he had been hit byba car in the dark. Boo died on his 1st birthday. I miss him very very much. I have another cat, MeMeow he is 8 years old now and I am so afraid of the day when his time will come but I will come back to this beautiful video to say my good-byes again. <3

I put my baby down almost a month ago after having her in my life for 17 years. It's been so hard adjusting to the day without her and its even harder to think of living the rest of my life without her. Thank you so much for this video...it's really helped my grieving.

Thank you for making such a heart-felt video. I wept & my heart is breaking right now for two of my buddies that are waiting for me. Ghost, who was 13 y.o. was taken by a tumor in his chest on August 18, 2010. Rizzy, who was only going to be two in January was taken in a tragic accident on November 29, 2010. I miss them both so much!

In this video when it says the lines....In this paradise i shall wait for you....It just makes my heart shatter. :( Because deep down I know i will never see him again and it makes me feel so empty inside.My mum and my sister never talk about him..They never cry.,.They have moved on..But with me...It's always there..That thought. My kitten was run over which makes it worse because I wish it was me instead of him :(

It's been 2 years now....Since my kitten doob died. He was 9 months old :(
I just..Can't get over this loss.I have been crying for hours because I found some photos and a video that was taken of my kitten that was quite funny.And..it just made me realise again...How much I miss him :( Im only 13 but the day he died was one of the worst days of my life..So far..:'( I have two 2 year old cats.I bought them both close to when Doob died.I love them but they dont heal my pain for Doob :(

This brings tears in my eyes.. I lost my Beloved Casey Sept 17 2010. I had to make the worse decison ever and put her down, she had a bloat, where the stomach turns.. Your video did help me, even though I miss her terribly... Thanks..

I can't get over my dog's death. She died on November 16th 2010, I had her since I was five years old, she came to my life as a puppy in 1994. My dog died alone, she was crying for help b/c she knew her time was coming. But she was alone. My biggest regret is not being with her. I dunno how to cope with it. My heart ripped into shreds when she passed, I also had to cremate her body the same day b/c her body was decaying... i feel so alone and depressed..

@balladesque To my Friend, I hear, I think it is safe to say, we all hear you, my dog passed on 1/2/2008 on the operating table, I had to let him go and I was not with him, all I felt was guilt, I drank almost everyday to hide my depression, it did not help, at the time I wanted to go find him, they told me I was in shock and denial, he was all I had for 12 years, he also saved my life back in 1998, he was my SON, but, it took me 2 years to get over his death. Remember the good times.

we have had many faithful friends, each so special. We are so grateful for the moments in time we recall from time to time. Yes in the end they break your heart, each seem worse than the previous, but the many years filled with wonderful moments etched deep in memory...make you feel as tho in some strange way that they have never gone very far away..

Such happy times, followed by such heartbreak. Our pets put us through the emotional wringer. To everyone on here who has experienced the sadness of losing a cherished pal, I know exactly how you feel and judging by the comments posted here, we are not alone. Best wishes to everyone.
