議事論事, 我倒覺得有幾個疑點:

1. 如果是追擊手發出既子彈孔,理論上應該會更大! 不是那麼小.

2. 子彈孔的位置有點不合邏輯! 亦有可能是從內而穿出! 由於巴士的內部結構, 兇手理應站立於較高的位置,當兇手發槍射向領隊時,也是微向下, 因而令到Wind-shield那個較角落的位置出現彈孔! 所以重點是領隊的驗屍報告! 是追擊槍傷或是其他槍傷應該一驗就知! 如果推測冇錯,領隊中彈位置是可以跟兇手發槍方向及Wind-s­hield彈孔成一直線...我自己試畫了一次巴士, 兇手, 領隊的模擬圖, 發覺在那裡出現子彈孔反而由內到外較合理

3. 生還人質指領隊是由槍手所殺的

4. 槍聲也不似是追擊槍的槍聲, 你可以比較下追擊槍射破車肽的槍聲,很不同的! 除非追擊手用了較低火力的追擊槍

這只是我個人的看法!!

are you sure? I believe even Mendoza didn't has intention to kill anyone at first, it's those clever police leaders that made the whole thing went into wrong direction. There're rumors about making Mendoza as scapegoat to cover their corruptions. Why didn't they just give his demand and take action later when it's safe? Mendoza was intended to be killed since beginning, there NEVER was a negotiation. But they can't shoot first that's why they waited and tried to provoke Mendoza.

also in the end (another video), I believe the police who killed Mendoza was at point blank distance, so report about sniper killed Mendoza is false. If there was sniper team, there were many chance to do a clean hit in Mendoza's face during daytime. Point blank sniper, I did it alot in Modern Warfare 2 with .50cal LoL

it would be easy to verify by autopsy —

1) Tse stood facing the door at the moment

2) if Mr Tse was shot on his left side, then SWAT team did it. -- no way mendoza could have shot him from his left cheek/brain

3) if there is no bullet hole on the left, but shot from the back, then mendoza killed him.
