actually if your 360 has a warranty you don't have to pay to get it fixed... my 360 had the 3 red rings last year, so I had a warranty, got my 360 fixed for free and no problems since then
you still have to pay a monthly subscription whereas PS3 is free and easy to sign up for. I can create a new ps3name in a few mins, where 360 take atleast 10 mins or more. My x box 360 got the red ring after only a year of owning it, dont have to worry about that with PS3. Most ppl hate on the PS3 because they cant afford 1.....I use to be 1 of those ppl before I got 1. I only use 360 for Halo now.

The reason they progress things slowly is so that we keep buying their games (and they are great games and I just enjoy the online play) . Lets face it..if they added everything that we want. The only thing that they could improve is the graphics, but on the side note, the one thing I would like them to add is the reaction of the fans when you score on a game winning drive..or have them animated like in NBA 2k9, that would add realism to the game.

The little touches are great, however the player models still need a little tweaking, and the facemasks still look pretty awkward. And of course the gameplay. They are not allowed to use Soldier Field or its name in the game. It's a licensing issue. EA has publicly talked about this issue a few times. I wouldn't let a stadium stop me from buying the game, especially knowing that they can't put it in.
How did 2K5 get away with using both Memorial Stadium and new Soldier Field (facsimile). In terms of gameplay, I've was fortunate/unfortunate to play every football game that wasn't Madden so playing it for me takes more work than I would like. Hopefully, they'll have the gameplay worked so everyone can play. Also F' Chicago Parks for not allowing he use of public park in a video game and F' the NFL for not allowing video game competition.

Here's something thats amazing about EA...I swear I think they add stuff so they can take it out and then bring it back as something new. To me, EA needs to tweak the running animations a little. When they're sprinting it doesnt look like they're running their hardest. It looks too relaxed. need to see a little more bounce in the steps so it doesnt look like the players are gliding.
But i am glad that they lowered the legs when sprinting. And it sems they lowered the chance of that stupid spining jump catch animation.

Hopefully, they'll have the gameplay worked so everyone can play. Also F' Chicago Parks for not allowing he use of public park in a video game and F' the NFL for not allowing video game competition.

I know, it's BS. The City of Chicago won't even take money for it, lol. I think when 2K5 was out they were under different political leadership that didn't really mind. It's funny how things can quickly change.

I agree. The lack of competition has destroyed this genre. Even if Madden 10 is a better game, it still will make me wonder how much better things would be with competition.

Here's something thats amazing about EA...I swear I think they add stuff so they can take it out and then bring it back as something new. Like the coin toss.... they had that back in the 90's....took it out now they are bring it back as if it was a GREAT idea. They've done that before in other games as well. All that being said they have you by the balls because it's the only horse in town. NO, I'm not a 2K whatever guy.. I never liked that game the player looked like crap and they ran funny.

Finally, EA has improved their presentation 2k style. All they need to do now is fix sideline player behavior and the fans. (see APF 2k8). For god's sake, tone down the flashing lights....lol.
That being said, I'm actually looking forward to this Madden. Great improvement EA!!!!

To me, EA needs to tweak the running animations a little. When they're sprinting it doesnt look like they're running their hardest. It looks too relaxed. need to see a little more bounce in the steps so it doesnt look like the players are gliding.
But i am glad that they lowered the legs when sprinting. And it sems they lowered the chance of that stupid spining jump catch animation.
