Also you havn't rendered in true high definition you need to change your video width and height to 1280 x 720 which makes it 720p HD i can't remember the exact size for 1080p though

about your hand high def thing check to see if your camera records at 60 fps or 30 fps if its 30 render in 30 if its 60 render in 60. For example you render at 30 but your camera records at 60 you loose half your frames see? (:
