Well, I really wouldn't call it Ita, I'd say cosplay. Ita means pain, so, Ita Lolita is like someone that's in a lolita but is an eyesore, or just really really bad at it.

Totally agree with you... outfit is uncoordinated and if that's how it turned out WITH makeup, she needs to relearn and study more. The skin looks very oily and red in some parts. To add on to that, the skirt is WAYY too short for lolita.
