What makes a car like this Idle like it does before launch where it rares up then down then up then down ya know?

@xXCannonXx That is called blower throb. It has a majorly overdriven blower. The blower forces air in, raising the idle, but the carbs don't provide enough fuel to allow it to stay at the higher idle.
