Why it says "You have no items to enchant". I HAVE 5 RUNES!!!!! ZOMG, this sucks

if you put put three different runes on a weapon like frost fire and lighting will they all work or will they cancel each other out?

@FrozenSparky You need weapons WITH enchantment slots.
