Naomi is a Scientist who created the nano machines that provide de Codec, painkiller and anti-hiportermy and the famous "virus" Foxdie.

In MGS1 she entered in the research to avenge is Brother (not in blood) killed by snake few years before MGS1 story.

Before the incident she quiet fox-hound and desapeared and left de message "snake i dont know why foxdie dont killed you... but just live, live and fight for what you believe".

At MGS 1 she played the current otacon's role she was in charge of the tactic and logistic, on the game u contacted her only to save and hear some japanese sayings.. not very ussefull but entertaining, also she created Fox Die the virus that killed Liquid in the first game

As it turns out, She was a mole for FOx HOund...But she was really working for the patriots...and she injects U with FOX Die a Deadly Virus...Becuz Snake killed his "Brother" in the Game MetalGear 2 for MSX (Not the one for ps2)....Anyway long story...

Dude! u sure got a LOT of catching up to do...THis game history is JUST Fucking Amazing..i read the whole Story on some web page and it blew my mind...when u finally get all of the stories toghether...man the result is just Awesome...

And BTW...Big BOss Gets impriosened..in my country..in one of the games...there he meets Campbell LOL (Colombia)

Anyway...I recomend U play all of the games..They are all Amazing
