I remember this somg back in 1978 having a goooooooddddd time with all my partners drinking, dancing, loving and smoking soooooo goooooodd thanks for posting this awesome song a mexican fan.
One of the greatest songs ever. Another poster put "bless the days before HIV," and I say hell yes! It was much easier when all one had to do was get a shot to cure the itch. Wish I could spend just a few days from back in that time.
THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS! I PLAYED THIS ALBUM SO MUCH BACK IN THE DAY, THE '70'S ROCKED MAN! ONE OF THE BEST ALL TIME GREAT LIVE ALBUMS EVER! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Part of this version was used in the Sylvester Stallone film Nighthawks in a scene where he and Billy Dee Williams were questioning a DJ at a night club.
Talk about memories: getting so high & drunk too to this! LOL Bless the days before HIV! I had the best of times as did so many others during this era! Would not trade in for anything!
"ARE YOU READY???? ARE YOU READY TO TAKE A SLLLLOOOOWWW RRRRRRIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!"
That alone make this live version a trillion times better than the studio version IMHO. ;-)

Yes! I remember when I first heard this song off of the "Fool for the City" album. I knew it would be an instant classic, man! And when I heard it live off of Foghat's "Live" album it just took me into the stratosphere, man!! Hell, yeah!!
