@PROXIMASTARMAN i think they put the snare only for time coordination. i don't know any other reason, since in the original you don't hear it...

Beautiful! One of my favorite movie themes from one of my favorite film composers! The Master, I might add! And you are quite the master yourself! Fabulous, beautiful performance!  Ah, the wonders of modern music making! An entire orchestra at the fingers (and toes ;) of one person!
