I loved this song. Something I would suggest though is killing the person who couldn't remember to turn their cell phone off. Also, our director always suggested not bringing small children to concerts like this simply because they have a tendency to not want to stay still or quiet.

our teacher (Mrs. Rosemary Mathews) who is conducting actually went on to ask that they refrain from bringing children, and to turn off the cellphones, everyone in the choir was furious that someone let that happen, especially for as long as it did.

the only thing i would suggest is possibly using more dynamics... the best thing about this song is having your director slowing and picking up the pace of the song, and the choir using that to thier advantage by using emense amounts of dynamics! Great TBH
