  • I wish my physical therapist is able to communicate clearly as you are doing. They're like do it this way..and then they just leave me alone. 4 months post surgery....im having a lot of questions.

  • I've been watching Sue Conrad's videos for about 2 years. I enjoy them all greatly. I most enjoy her common sense approach to fitness--calm and composed, soothing. Quite unlike the in-your-face manner of some trainers.

  • This can also be done with a light weight, lying on a bench on your side. It works the best for me.

  • your shoulder is dipped you need to keep form to perform it correctly

  • The other hand (she used to assist) can be used to 'resist' (I think it's called dynamic tension) - instead of the equipment, just pull in the opposite direction with the other hand

  • Dang i guess my bicycle innertube weight bands wont work well for that.. I really do love 'em though, primarily for pull/chin-ups.
