  • I still have the filthiest dreams of what might have been...

  • Saw them twice at The Warehouse, Leeds, 1979 and 1980 - blew me away then, so great to re-live it.. Even with Muse, Killers, Script, etc, Q-tips still best band I've ever seen live. Shivers down my spine. Thank you so much

  • The hardest working drummer in showbiz.

  • hahaha...love the trumpet player always out of step!....brill band!

  • I love it!!!

  • i used to have this on cassette, the whole live concert... my first Sony walkman in about 1984.. happy days

  • I found some false teeth hanging from a bush today.

  • I used to have this video on betamax & according to the box, it was filmed in Nottingham in September 1981..Does anyone know where i could get a copy?? Also, the studio album is long overdue on CD.

  • Great memories of my late twentys. The q tips were brilliant live.

  • excellent trip down memory lane, first saw the Q tips supporting The Who at Wembley, bought the album and went to see them several times at Queensway hall Dunstable and St Albans, always a great night, video just as i remembered them.

  • just a question, what year was that? and was Paul still with them or had he gone solo by then cheers. I too saw them with the Who at Poole arts centre and they werent bad at all

  • Think it was 1980, my renault 5 was hit by a bus outside wembley arena on the way home, Paul still with the band for another couple of years. Totally by accident I moved to Luton in 1982 and lived across the road from Paul in Chelsworth close

  • I believe I was at this particular show at the London Victoria, New Year's Eve 1982...absolute magic. Q-Tips live was THE show to catch, but only "Live At Last" on Chrysalis captured their magic for those who were not lucky enough to see them, until now. Thanks for posting this!! Q-Tips has a place in the hearts of anyone who witnessed the band's 'lightning in a bottle' and their shows- to this day - rate as some of my all time favourite live music experiences. Cheers guys!

  • Paul Young at his best, I Saw the band so many times in the early 80's and have been lucky enough to work with most of them since, great band sadly missed.

  • So nice to hear this song , live performance is great Paul, I miss you!

  • Absolutely brilliant. Paul Young at his best. Superb little band.

  • Great to see these old vids of Q-Tips. I used to see them regularly at the Golden Lion, Horn of Plenty and Queens Head, Harrow. Great live band, and Paul is just such a down to earth guy. I got the feeling that after Steetband, there were loads of people in the industry just waiting and hoping he would make it big. However good on these clips, in was 100 times better to be there!

  • Wow, glad I found this one. A great live band, very together and led by the legendary Paul Young. Were fantastic at the Lincoln College, Oxford Summer Ball in 1979 (I think)

  • Where do you get these videos from? Saw them twice in 1980 at Swansea Uni and St Albans - great live band

  • the q tips rock

  • I agree. Thank you for recommending them to me. They were certainly worth it. That was really cool! x
