Its dishonest to blame capitalism and to do so calls into question the motivation of the questioner.

If it was a capitalist system the banks would have been allowed to fail and their debts would not have been socialised.

Also in a capitalist system governments would not be able to borrow and destroy the country for their short term election gains.

Gurdgeiv gets it right calling it corporatism which is another word for fascism.
