I can't tell if he's saying ore or oma when he's panicking "ore" means I, and can be used rudely depending on the situation. So this is probably where "Psy-i-i-i" comes from.

Okay I figured out something, trying to understand why Koduck keeps saying what sounds like "oma"

From what I gathered he's saying "Ora" which is a term people who are like bumpkins use in Japan. So basically, it's emphasizing that Koduck is not too bright. I think they emphasized this in the English version by having Psyduck say "Psyyy?"
